I highly recommend Rapid Recovery Team! After discovering a water leak in my home, their response was incredibly fast, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Glenn was wonderful during the initial inspection. He took the time to answer all of my questions, addressed my concerns and worries, and made sure I understood what needed to happen next. Carf, Roberto, and Brian were also fantastic when they came to install the equipment and begin the drying process. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Even on Monday morning when it was time to pick up the equipment, Roberto Diaz arrived on time and was just as professional and courteous as he had been throughout the process. Dealing with a water leak in your home can be stressful, but the entire Rapid Recovery Team made the situation so much easier with their quick response, excellent communication, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this amazing team to all of my friends and family!

I called Rapid Recovery Team on a Saturday afternoon from Ocoee and they were quick to assist me when I had a water leak emergency from my upstairs washer. They came over and assessed what needed to be done and then quickly sprang into action setting up fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold. Big thanks to Jorge, Juan, Daniel, and Brian that helped me during my time of need.

Brian and his team were excellent! On 8/10, we had a water pipe break in our warehouse, which quickly caused flooding throughout both our warehouse and office space. Within an hour of the incident, Brian and his team arrived and immediately got to work. They kept me and my team updated throughout the entire process and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. They turned what was an extremely stressful situation into a calm and manageable one. Their quick response, communication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
