Doan is without a doubt the best possible restoration company! The customer service was on point and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They don’t just get the job done but they offer 10/10 service highly recommend!

Doan restoration helped my mom at her home when she had a leak from an air conditioning drain. They quickly came in, removed only what was needed, thoroughly dried everything and then prepped the area to be rebuilt. They were clean, informative, polite and lost importantly…. Effective. I would absolutely recommend them to help you in the event of water damage.

I had a massive water crisis and Doan came through so quickly. Spencer and Scott were assigned to the demo. They were so professional and patient with my endless questions. This is my first experience with a water situation like this and they were so knowledgeable. They both had such empathy for half of the house needing to be torn up as new problems kept getting uncovered

I came home at night to a huge flood stemming from my toilet line bursting. Several rooms were saturated with water. I had no idea how to clean up something like this so I googled the first water restoration company I could find and boy am I so thankful that Doans was the first company to pop up on my feed. They sent a crew out immediately which was after hours over the holiday weekend. Javier and Allen were the tech team that came out and they were courteous , professional, fast and answered all my questions (and I had many). They sucked up the water out the rooms and placed fans and humidifiers strategically where the water damage is. There's still lots of work to do once everything dries, but I'm beyond thankful and impressed so far with this company and crew!

The staff/crew were all friendly. I cannot give 5* though since discovering that they cut deep into many of my studs (from both sides of the wall) due to carelessness when trying to remove the drywall. There's no need to cut 2+ inches deep to remove 1/2" thick drywall. Hopefully in the future they will use the right tools to ensure they aren't damaging homes.
