PuroClean did a fantastic job with our water mitigation. They were extremely thorough and provided an excellent assessment and remediation. The areas of our home that they did need to remove due to damage they did with extreme care, causing minimal disruption for our family. Rick and his team were all fantastic to work with and we could not recommend them enough. We are excited to get the rebuild process started now and were so impressed with how the mitigation went that we will be using PuroClean for the rebuild as well.

Sub Zero weather caused a cold water pipe to break. After calling my insurance company, I called 9 different water mitigation companies. PuroClean was able to fit me in the next day. The others had a 6 day waiting list. They were fast, efficient, and professional. Derrick was thorough and polite! They worked with the insurance company and made my life a lot less stressful! Thanks TEAM!!!

Tiffany and Thomas can to my house for water mitigation after my basement ejector pump failed (and the original company I hired didn't do the job right). They were so nice, they explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Both of them were genuinely fun to talk to and made a stressful situation much better. They seem to truly enjoy working together and seemed happy doing their jobs, and I enjoyed having them in my house (which is saying a lot for people who were here to tear my basement apart). All communication with PuroClean was easy and prompt, and I really like that I can track the progress of the work online. I would definitely recommend PuroClean, and especially Tiffany and Thomas.

We had a great experience with PuroClean of Sterling! We highly recommend them for any remediation and /or mitigation needs. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and went to bat for us, helping us to navigate our difficult insurance claim. He was patient, helpful, professional, and always responsive. His team members were likewise. We had positive and respectful experiences with them from start to finish. (Note: We are recommending for mitigation/remediation because this is what we used PuroClean for. Knowing what we now know of Rick’s team and the way they operate, we would not hesitate to use them for any line of work they participate in.)

Puroclean was full of integrity, professional, and dependable from start to finish. First, when Rick came the first time, he didn't jump right into the job. He requested that we obtain mold testing from a tester to be able to better assess the overall damage from the mold. Additionally, Brian and his team came and covered all our furniture from top to bottom. They were careful to not leave any furniture uncovered. This showed a lot of professionalism and care. Lastly, they always sent a notice saying they were on the way. This helped with planning. Now, all the mold is gone! For the 1st time in months, I can sit in my basement without sneezing, coughing, and congestion! Thank you, Puroclean!
