All of the inner office personal and the restoration team were all beyond wonderful 😊 every step of the way. They treated me with kindness and explained everything they were doing along the way. I would refer this company to anyone. Especially to people who have been treated terribly by other people.

Doan is awesome! They respond quickly and are more than happy to help, just in the knick of time! Zack was great helping with not only the clean up process, but his remodeling ideas are genius and he even offered to help with that process too! It’s been a pleasure working with Doan Restoration. They are efficient, timely, and excellent with communication. Alyssa has been especially helpful and reliable on several occasions. Most recently, after an ice storm, we needed restoration services and their team responded quickly—no questions asked. They arrived promptly and took care of extracting moisture and addressing all necessary areas. I can’t recommend them enough and will continue to use them for all of our restoration needs.
