From first contact, the Duraclean team were courteous, helpful and efficient. We were on the calendar within a week of calling for an estimate for carpets, upholstery and area rugs. It was a big job and Kevin A. showed up ready to work! He helped with a special request that was above and beyond and worked hard to tackle the whole project with great care. He was super thorough and had a great attitude even in the July heat! We priced 4 companies and paid a little more for the expertise… glad we did!

We had an outstanding experience with Duraclean Cleaning and Restoration in Roswell, GA, especially thanks to Kevin Ang. From the very first visit to measure and provide our quote, Kevin was professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. He worked around our challenging schedules without hesitation, which was a huge plus. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. Kevin took the time to explain every detail of the process and gave us great tips on how to take proper care afterward. Kevin came to clean my sofa and upholstered chairs to help with the vomit stains I couldn’t get out from my old, now deceased cat. After everything had dried, I could still see the stains. I called the office and Kevin came out the next day. He really worked on those stains. Most came out. One was really tough but looked much better. Everyone in the company was focused on providing the best service possible without complaint. I highly recommend them.

Kevin was the agent that came out. He did an amazing job and got rid off all the pet stains and odors. He was courteous and helpful. The carpet dried quickly on this,our coldest day this winter. Will definitely recommend this service and will definitely use them in future... affordable too.
