We were so impressed with their work from start to finish! During the diagnostic process, they took the time to explain every repair that was needed, walked us through all of our options, and were completely transparent about pricing. The team that worked in our home was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Best of all, our cooling system works perfectly now, and every unit they serviced has been running without any issues!!! We’ve had them out for several different jobs, and every experience has been great. We’ll definitely keep using them for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service!

Hottest week of the year and naturally my AC decided to quit. I was lucky over the moon had availability. More lucky Kyle was my tech. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the core problem getting AC restored. Then took the time to deep dive the system - not only pointing out some weak spots, but also being sure to point out what was working well. I’ll be calling Kyle moving forward for any of my HVAC needs.

Over the Moon is fantastic!!! We have needed several HVAC services in our home and we keep going with Over the Moon due to their team’s professionalism, expertise, and amazing customer service. Erick and Matt did an awesome job installing a new AC system for us today. They arrived on time and were very respectful and polite. The work was completed quickly but thoroughly—they’re very efficient workers! Erick and Matt kept me updated on their progress and answered questions or concerns I had along the way. Isaac has also been a standout—he’s been to our home a few times for various projects and he is excellent as well. I am very impressed by how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable all of the Over the Moon employees that we’ve worked with are. It’s much appreciated that they patiently take the time to explain everything and show pictures of their work. I would highly recommend Over the Moon! Thank you, team!!

I just want to say thank you to Isaac, Erick, Matt, and Taylor. You guys have been awesome from the start. Everyone was easy to talk to, explained what was going on, and helped us figure out the best solution without trying to push anything on us. 10/10 best customer service experience. I would continue to trust any future work that needs done at our new home!

When replacing a ceiling light in our home turned into our circuit board blowing we called Over the Moon. My fiancé and I are blown away by the absolutely outstanding service provided by this company! They were upfront about pricing, and gave financial support through a repayment option. When it was time for work to get done they were prompt to show up, quick with the work that needed to be done, and very friendly! I would strongly recommend this place!
