I’ve been using Hoffman for air conditioning services for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. They always text me when they’re on their way, which is a great convenience. The last few times they’ve arrived, they’ve kept my air conditioning running smoothly. Today, I also had the UV light added to my system, which is something I’ve been wanting done for a while. The technician, Stephen, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He explained everything to me in detail and even showed me the completed product upon request.

Fantastic customer service. Same day appointment for repair/trouble shooting and next day installation of an entire new HVAC system. To top all off, the price was better than other quotes I’ve gotten over the last few weeks. Ask for Stephen if he’s available; he was polite, punctual, and professional.

Legit customer service. From phone call to having Collin come out it was great. When the work was finished it was perfect. No cutting corners and no false promises. Collin and Jared did exactly what was promised and did so diligently. My patio cover is legit now and I can actually enjoy it. The customer service was great and I would definitely hire them again if I need electrical work done. Thanks again I appreciate it!

We had a fantastic experience with Hoffman Electrical & A/C! From start to finish, their communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and professional. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they were able to get us on the calendar and complete the installation much faster than we expected. The electrician, Mike, was not only friendly and courteous, but also highly skilled and knowledgeable. It was obvious he took pride in his work, and the quality of the work really shows. Everything was done neatly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!

I can’t say enough good things about Hoffman Electrical & A/C. From the moment Devon arrived, it was obvious he cared about solving the problem, not just checking a box and moving on. He diagnosed my A/C issue quickly, explained everything in plain English, and then went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed the right way. He took the time to address things that could have easily been overlooked, and his attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was done right. Finding a company that’s honest, responsive, and genuinely takes pride in their work isn’t easy these days. Hoffman Electrical & A/C exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a team that stands behind their work and truly goes the extra mile for their customers, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way.
