I’ve been using Hoffman for air conditioning services for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. They always text me when they’re on their way, which is a great convenience. The last few times they’ve arrived, they’ve kept my air conditioning running smoothly. Today, I also had the UV light added to my system, which is something I’ve been wanting done for a while. The technician, Stephen, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He explained everything to me in detail and even showed me the completed product upon request.

Was having trouble with the condensate drain line clogging despite being diligent about putting white vinegar and water through it monthly, so I called Hoffman Electrical and A/C, they sent Devon out, he went straight to work, flushed out the most unbelievable gunk from the line. Afterwards he went back over everything, noticed that the UV lamp in the air handler was out, replaced it, then when he was sure everything was working properly, he put it all back together and cleaned up any mess, which I never noticed anything untidy anyway. Devon was on time, very clean and personable, the exact type of person you’d want to come service your HVAC equipment. If you need your HVAC system serviced, repaired, replaced or any electrical work done around your home, you’d be hard pressed to find a better company to do business with. They’re honest, reliable, trustworthy and their customer service is the best.

We had a fantastic experience with Hoffman Electrical & A/C! From start to finish, their communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and professional. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they were able to get us on the calendar and complete the installation much faster than we expected. The electrician, Mike, was not only friendly and courteous, but also highly skilled and knowledgeable. It was obvious he took pride in his work, and the quality of the work really shows. Everything was done neatly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!

OK. Here's how it works. The guy comes to your house and fixes the problem. Forget that upfront notification stuff. Didn't happen. Guy was nice and he fixed the issue in about an hour. The cost $275 that's reasonable and wasn't unhappy. They DO NOT warranty their work. Now to be fair they tell you this upfront. He told me "once I leave it's not on us". Now if I had paid another $375 I would have a warranty. Not sure for how long. Thought that was high but I should have really taken him at his word about leaving and it goes down. That's exactly what happened. I was even nice enough to call when he left his equipment behind. I guess I don't have a once you leave it's too bad policy...lucky for them. It's my fault so pay attention. When they say once they leave too bad. THEY REALLY MEAN IT! Be aware and warned. I hate leaving low reviews. Check my history. This is my first one. Almost always 5 stars. I love when my faith and trust are rewarded. Answer to Hoffman. He did not tell me upfront. Only after the repair when we asked what we owed him. On our call you even admitted that he failed to notify us up front. And do you really believe I would call you again? Happy to be on the no-service list. Proud actually. Should have kept the equipment. UPDATE: It wasn't clear and working 90 minutes after he left. And no it wasn't 2 prices. He told me the $375 was in addition to the $245. Please represent the transaction fairly. If I could have gotten the job done for $375 with warranty I would have. I even asked him to be clear and he said the $375 was on top of what we paid.

We reached out to several electricians trying to sort out some very complex electrical connections, and we truly feel lucky to have found Collin and Mike. They are an incredibly competent, knowledgeable, reliable, and responsible team. It makes a real difference working with people who genuinely love what they do. They not only resolved our issue, but also improved our overall system in the process.
