Yesterday, we had the pleasure of working with John York of Mister Sparky. John arrived right on time, which was greatly appreciated. From the moment he walked through the door, he meticulously explained the entire process and clearly outlined the work that needed to be done. His attention to detail and professionalism immediately put us at ease. The two technicians who followed to complete the work were equally impressive and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed to learn that Mister Sparky promotes from within, which speaks volumes about the company’s culture and commitment to developing its people. Throughout the installation, the technicians took the time to explain the scope of the work and, more importantly, educated me every step of the way. Thanks to them, I now have a much better understanding of Arc Fault Breakers, disconnect switches, service entrance wires, and whole-home surge protection. Recommending Mister Sparky goes without saying. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer education truly set them apart. I had an excellent experience with Francis Collin and his team, . They were very professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to do everything right. He fixed several outlets, replaced others with brand-new ones, restored power to my ceiling lights, replaced a ceiling fan, and even got my stove working again. Everything was done carefully and efficiently, and he made sure all issues were fully resolved before leaving. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and attention to detail. Highly recommend his services to anyone needing a reliable and skilled electrician!

We had a fantastic experience today. Francis was friendly, professional, and very thorough. He helped us understand the issues we had, walked us through the available fixes, and ensured everything was safe before leaving. My experience was great Jose's service was of high quality. He installed a WHOLE HOUSE SURGE PROTECTOR. plus checked my electrical panel, brakers and adjust loose cables, and checked outlets for free. EXCELLENT SERVICE. 100% RECOMMENDED.
