I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ismael of Boca Electrical to complete electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to quality. Ismael took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions patiently. His attention to detail was outstanding, and it was obvious he takes pride in doing the job right. The installation and repairs were completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and organized when he finished. Most importantly, I felt confident in the safety and reliability of the work he performed. It’s not easy to find someone who is both skilled and trustworthy, but Ismael truly delivered on both. Every aspect of my experience With the Boca electrical service was outstanding. Starting with the Customer Service personnel who answered the phone. They are polite, responsive and followed through on all of their commitments. Matthew showed up exactly when they said he would. Communication between the office staff and my family was excellent. Matthew identified the problem and solved it quickly with expertise and a great attitude. I will certainly use Boca electrical service the next time I have the need for an electrician.

Chris was excellent. He explained everything before the work started, efficiently replaced a bathroom exhaust fan, demonstrated the features of the new fan, and cleaned up well. Also, Abigail worked with us to find a good time, and kept us informed before and day of installation. Both of these folks were friendly and highly professional. I strongly recommend Boca Electric to anyone who needs electrical work performed.

I want to express my sincere thanks for the helpful and very useful experience I had with Boca Electrical Service. They guided me to contact other services before coming out. It was wonderful to have the guided interest as they were interested in helping me solve my electrical problem, the best easiest, and least expensive, and most prompt way. They worked with me over two day, and stayed in touch with me. It got solved by FPL. A lot of time by them and no charge to me.
