Very professional start to finish. Experienced techs make all the difference in the world. Mike K was not only knowledgeable but super helpful and kind when answering the multitude of questions that I had. The administrative side of this business is also excellent. Tricia was patient and very helpful! I got screwed over by a bad AC company prior to this company and these people were like night and day compared to that one. It was a little expensive but the white glove service was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them!

just had a new AC unit installed in my condo. Khieu Le was the technician. I mention him by name because I have never seen such perfect, complete and meticulous attention to detail. he went over and above to deliver a masterpiece of an AC install. I had an excellent experience with Snyder Air Conditioning, thanks to PP Ryley Johnson. He came out to diagnose the problem with my AC and was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Ryley took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with the system, what the necessary repairs would involve, and the cost upfront. I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on services or equipment I didn’t need. His honesty and transparency were refreshing. What impressed me the most was that, even though the major repairs couldn’t be completed until the following day, he was able to get the system running temporarily so my family wouldn’t have to spend the night in the heat. That level of care and customer service meant a lot to us. I highly recommend Ryley Johnson and Snyder Air Conditioning. They’ve earned my trust, and I will definitely be using Snyder for any future AC repairs.
