Exceptional service. We had an outlet that was making strange sounds, and Aspen was able to diagnose the issue, and present us numerous options with different price points to make it safe. The staff, both electricians and scheduling, were professional, friendly, and exceedingly willing to explain each step of the process. The electricians cleaned and pick up as they worked, making it like they never even were there. Highly recommend them to everyone.

I recently used Aspen Home Services to run a new circuit for a ductless heat pump I'm installing in my house. It was a complex run and it was very well done with a lot of effort made to hide the conduit so it's barely noticeable. Details like this make for a really nice project. I selected Aspen because of their great reputation and experience. The installer also took the time to look at other circuits in the house to make sure they were installed correctly and that was a nice addition.

My first experience with Aspen was more than what I had initially expected. I needed advice on some power problems I was having with my current off-grid solar system. Shawn came out and gave me a few tips on fixing my issues and pointed out some areas I could improve my off-grid life. He took the time to explain where I could upgrade and make my life a whole lot easier. I hired Aspen on the spot to do the upgrades and I am very much anticipating all of the parts to arrive and get this thing installed. I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and insight provided during our conversation. I will definitely use Aspen again for anything I need out here. Thanks, Shawn.

Needed their services last second, and they delivered! The HVAC company recommended them. I had called all the electricians I knew but no one was available with same day service. Aspen was! Robert showed up with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. He did a thorough diagnostic on the problem on hand finding the solution was in fact something the HVAC company should have realized but Robert didn’t say that. It was something I surmised. Robert also gave me a full rundown of other electric issues of the house for which I’m grateful. I already removed the fried mouse behind the breaker panel. He didn’t advise me to do this but I can follow instructions from YouTube and speaking to others. Anyway I will use their services for now on. I had a great experience from the phone representative to Robert, the electrician. Thank you, Aspen.

They did a very thorough and clean job. I thought Kevin Jerome was polite and efficient. I would recommend them for all your installations. They did smoke detectors for me that have 20 year batteries in them!
