I called Prostar Services on 9/10/26 to fix an issue with my HVAC system. Allison and Allyssa were the front line people who were amazing!!! Other than Allison and Allyssa, everything else was BOGUS! I had already researched my issue online and with other professionals, and I told the ladies when I called that I think my issue is the contactor because the unit continues to run when I turn off the thermostat. When the tech arrived, he told me that he has to do a full assessment of the system, and that was fine. While he was onsite, he turned off the thermostat and the unit outside turned off, which was SHOCKING because it was not working properly prior to his visit. Then I started to second guess whether the contactor was the issue. After the assessment, they came back and said that the cost to replace the contactor was over $500, which is SUPER BOGUS because it's an $11 part at Lowe's and takes less than 5 minutes to replace. I wasn't about to be cheated with that price, so I declined that repair. It actually didn't seem that the contactor was my problem because it was working properly for the tech and the tech told me that my capacitor was going bad and wasn't receiving or sending the right amount of power, so I was under the impression that the capacitor was actually the problem. I paid the $350 to replace the capacitor and left the tech there to do the work. I had to call to get proof that the system was working properly and was sent pictures of the capacitor, not a video or proof that the system was fixed. I drove an hour and went onsite myself to find out that the system was NOT fixed and no one called to tell me that the problem remained. I wasted $350 and still have the problem I called about initially. I'm not going to tell anyone to use or not to use this company because that's not how I work, but this is my story and I'm not happy, and I personally will not be using this company again. They didn't make any effort to resolve this for me, even though the contactor is such a cheap fix.

Jamie and Brett worked tirelessly to replace our duct work which had been improperly installed (by another company) and caused water to get into our ducts. They were kind, efficient, and even did extra cleaning work as they were waiting for parts to be delivered during the install process. This massive job was completed in one day and we couldn’t be happier. From the reception and finance team, to Bradley, everyone was incredibly helpful and honest in fixing this large issue. The underside of our house is now shiny new and most importantly more efficient and safe. Thanks again Jamie and Brett!

Prostar installed a new water heater and did an excellent job. Ken was very professional and well mannered. He answered all of our questions and the staff was eager to help and make a difference. I have use Prostar several times for my HVAC unit and have been pleased.

Jamie and Brett showed up right on time and went right to work! They installed everything quickly and efficiently with very little intrusion and mess. They instructed me on how operate the new thermostat and gave me good tips on how to maintain the new unit. When they finished they waited to make sure the unit was running perfectly.they cleaned up everything before they left. I'm very pleased with their professional work ethics and attitude!!!😁👍

Ken and Jaimie were excellent plumbing technicians who were prompt and thorough in their work ethic. I and my father are satisfied with their work and would recommend them to a family member or friend.
