Mark G. did an incredible job with our HVAC maintenance! This was his first time visiting our home, and he was extremely thorough throughout the entire appointment. We had a few concerns regarding the heating and cooling distribution throughout our home, along with some general questions about the system. Mark took the time to check everything, answer all of our questions, and explain possible solutions and recommendations for addressing our concerns. We also really appreciated that he provided photos of everything he inspected, including the condition and cleanliness of our ductwork. That level of detail gave us a lot of reassurance and confidence in the condition of our system. Since our HVAC system was also originally installed by Hunt’s Services, it’s great to know that it continues to be well cared for and properly maintained. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Mark and really appreciated his thoroughness and helpfulness!

I called Hunt's Services when I needed an emergency plumber for a small leak in a copper pipe. They had a prompt response and portrayed professionalism. Milton arrived quickly, and completed the work efficiently. The customer care was top‑notch and the value was excellent. Pricing was on par with competitors but the service was much quicker!

Service from Johnathon was great. Easy to do business with. He explained everything as he went along. I had a kitchen faucet replaced and an outside faucet leak he fixed. He was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful of my property. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience with Hunt's Services for my HVAC needs. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly. They quickly took care of my mini-split issue, making sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Communication was excellent and the price was fair. Eloy did a fantastic job today. I highly recommend Hunt’s Services.

Hunt's Services did a great job on inspection and maintenance of my plumbing, electrical and HVAC, including sewer inspection. The technicians were professional, arrived on time and fixed everything quickly. I appreciated the clear communication and the fair pricing. Would definitely call them again for any emergency plumber or drain cleaning work. Emily performed routine maintenance of our HVAC after figuring out why it did not work the first time in the season. She is very agile, energetic, focused and a go-getter. Nic is very chill and his knowledge about everything simply amazes me. He calms down my worries about potential issues. I am really happy with Hunt’s Service and have been a subscriber for over 3 years.

"Had a small pinhole leak under the house that caused some minor flooding under the house. They arrived the next morning as no one could come out same day. They repaired the leak pretty quickly, but the repair cost seemed extremely high compared to previous repairs I've had done in the pat. I didn't have time to get multiple estimates to compare to others so I'm not sure if it's our economy or Hunt's prices. Other than cost I was satisfied."

"Hunt's Services installers were fantastic. They did broke my sprinkler system, but they fixed it. They were all amazing. They did not leave until my sprinkler system was fixed and they did an amazing job at that too. One of the things that was a negative towards Hunt's Services is that they did not give me all the limitations in regards to the lighting that they put in on the front of my house. I had another company come in and do the lighting in the back of my house for a third of the price, with more lighting installed and the lights change colors. Hunt's did not provide me the information before hand that I wouldn't be able to change the colors of the lighting they installed on the front of my house."

"The electrician brought his apprentice and allowed the boy to fumble around as he gave him instructions. I didn't pay to have a training session on my dime. If he had asked and I would have said "No." I had to tell the electrician to just finish the job himself. He looked taken aback but he did as I asked. He knew what he was doing as far as the technical aspects of the job was concerned. I paid $80 for the light fixture and Hunts charged $320 for the installation. That was too much. A handyman would have done the job for $120, but I learned that afterwards."

"We had several services completed and although the few issues were rectified quickly there were just more than I'd prefer for the amount of money and time invested in this project. From an inspection issue to our leaking AC unit we had a few service call returns (even for the same issue). It just makes me nervous that there might be errors or issues that weren't addressed. With that being said the issues that have come up were addressed and taken care of promptly therefore I would not be hesitant to recommend."

They wanted to charge me more to find where the pipe went and fix it. I would have rather they disconnected the garbage disposal and cleaned up the leftover pipes as part of that job."

"Aunt's services suck. I went to Home Depot looking for an experienced plumber through their contractor services. I was looking for one of those guys who owns his own business, who shows up in person and gets the job done. I explain this to the person at Home Depot. They show me a picture of a bearded guy who claims to be Joey Hunt and he does business as a plumber. Great, I schedule a time for Joey Hunt to come by and do my small job. Time of the appointment rolls around and this big box truck shows up and two guys get out. None of them are the bearded guy whose picture I was shown. I ask where that guy is and I am told he's just some guy the owner knows. I ask how many guys work for Joey Hunt and I am told "over 50" . I should have sent them packing then but needed the job done so how bad can it be, right? I show them what the job was which was replacing two shower valves which were back to back. I had removed all the sheetrock so the guy just had to sit in one spot and do both of them. No problem, I'll even get a discount because I'm a vet. After the 45 minute job guess how much I was charged, just under $2000. That's insane. That's theft. That's getting bent over and screwed up the ass. I will never recommend hunts services, not even to people I don't like. There are a lot of honest, hard working plumbers out there and none of them work for hunts screw you services."

"This is the most outstanding team ever! My heater died in January when it was really cold out. I called them at 6:30 pm on a Sunday night, expecting to leave a message, but the gentleman I spoke to said he was on his way home and not too far away from my house so he would stop by! He came and looked at my heater, said he needed to order a part (which would save me money btw!) and that I should call the next morning to schedule an appointment. I called at 9:00 am the next morning and the gal that answered my call said “oh, yes, we ordered the part and will be at your house in half an hour to install it”. I couldn’t believe it! They repaired my heater and were so polite and the pricing was great! I couldn’t be more happy-I will always use Hunt’s in the future!"

"Used Hun't twice, the first time they replaced a sump pump. The next day the basement flooded and they sent out a guy right away and fixed it. I had wet carpets for a week but the pump is working now. Second time I had a pipe burst. The plumber was there about an hour and charged me $425 which seemed excessive for cutting a pipe and replacing a nozzle. He did good work though, but overcharged."

"I was very happy with most of the work done in the furnace including a yearly check. When Hunts replaced the water heater, they did not include straps. About 2 years later I needed some electrical outlets repaired. The outlets seemed fine, but later the switch connected with the garbage disposal didn’t work. I called back, and set up an appointment. The gentleman who came out said the garbage disposal was not working. So he replaced the garbage disposal. It didn’t work, so he plugged it in to another outlet and it work. The electrician came again and said no it was not the outlet but the garbage disposal. This went back and forth several times. Someone came out and I wasn’t home I wasn’t aware of that appointment so my fault. I tried to get another appointment and was told it would be a couple of weeks. Since the disposal was still not working, I called another company who made the repairs for me."
