“The pricing was very unclear. Before the technician came out, there is a fee before the service. The rate is double what everyone else's is online.”
“Marcella provided immediate service when we experienced power problems, found significant water damage in our service panel, and replaced the panel, meter and lines within three days. Their electrician recommended that the electric company replace their line to our house, and that got done within that period. Also, their electrician recommended we file an insurance claim for the new equipment he installed. We did, and it was covered. We appreciated the responsiveness of Marcella and the advice offered by their electrician.”
