Nothing but wonderful customer service from top to bottom! Elizabeth and Leslie in the front office are kind and warm- love that women are the communicators because most electric companies are the electricians themselves and you don’t always get through when needed. Brennon was phenomenal is the time he took to explain everything, took his time, was respectful of the home, great worker and person. Logan and Bobby performed the work in my home and were kind and courteous. The work itself was done in a timely manner, clean, no mess- no fuss. They went the extra mile in bonding something loose in my crawl space that was a major safety hazard, even though it was not apart of the plan we opted for. I love the business plan of Titus. They nail it every time. Seriously could not say enough great things!

Five stars for Titus Electrical. They handled a new circuit installation for my water heater and did a phenomenal job. We have used Titus Electrical Services twice now, with great results. Our most recent service professional was Ray, and he was fantastic! He was able to install the GFCI outlet that we had requested in a very clean way and also advised us on our electrical panel. His clear communication and installation of a surge protector makes me feel more secure as we have gone fully electric in our house. Ray was very professional and yet approachable with our questions and we had a great experience.

We called with a request to have one electrical outlet inspected on our home for its current use with a hot tub, and a vague request to review the rest of our electrical setup in our home. We were put on the calendar quickly on a day that was convenient for my husband to be home. My husband received a text within 30 minutes of Ray arriving. Ray proceeded to inspect the items we requested, and even gave us a heads up on some additional standard updates to our system. He was clearly knowledgeable on electrical code and didn't try to oversell, he even gave us some alternatives on how we could do what we wanted for less cost. We signed up for all recommended services and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
