I cannot say enough wonderful things about Electrical Connections, LLC. We experienced an unexpected emergency Friday evening. I called Electrical Connections and despite severe weather warnings, Dan was here in 45 minutes. He accessed the situation, offered an immediate solution, and then proposed future safety precautions for our very old house. Monday we had a return date for the team. Tuesday morning Dan, Paulo, and Nick arrived onsite within their 8AM-10AM window and were all done before 5PM. Services included complete new wiring of old lines and junction boxes, placement of light switch with dimmer, replacement of old plugs, and new additional plugs installed. Nick performed a very thorough walk through before leaving to ensure that we understood everything and provided a reference folder for our records. Everyone was considerate, knowledgeable polite, and very friendly. They cared about our home and not just our satisfaction. We are extremley happy with the end results. This is a company that enjoys what they do and that is demonstrated with A+ service indeed! The first two attached photos are before they arrived. The second shows the full illumination of that space for the first time ever!

Josh from Electrical Connections was an outstanding worker. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the electrical system in my home. He hung a heavy to tier Gothic style chandelier in my Columbia home. We had this chandelier from when we lived in California, but was never confident enough to have anyone come out and install it. They did a great job! Electricians are not cheap, but sometimes you just gotta do it. I probably would’ve installed it improperly, shocked myself, and then the thing probably would’ve landed on my cat.

We had a surprising unfortunate event occur with the service drop (main electrical line) to our older (1959) house. The supporting anchor, attached to the house to secure and provide lift for the main electric line, detached/pulled-free out of a trim/frame board, dropping the line from being above the phone and cable lines to drooping below them. Fortunately we did not lose power, but a section of aluminum siding was ripped outward, exposing the attic to potential rain, and the lowered main line made for a situation that needed correction ASAP. This seemed to involve a nontrivial project requiring work from an electrician, a carpenter, and the power company (to turn the main line off for work to be done and then back on). Electrical Connections was identified as likely having some of the best experience in our area that matched what was needed to address our situation. I called them and spoke first with Dario, asking him about whether they could address the problem and especially that they try to provide first the most appropriate electrician for the work. We agreed on a time frame for a service call the next day, and also agreed for me to email them my written description with a photo of the situation, to help determine who best might come. The next day Peter A. arrived to examine the situation and the work that would be needed to fix it. I won't go into detail about his full service visit but leave it with an overall assessment of "most excellent." His knowledgeable inspection, friendly discussion with respect to my questions, quick production of what I could recognize as a fair estimate, and then his multifaceted expertise in his performance of the repairs that very afternoon was beyond the best outcome I could have imagined. In conclusion, everything was such a special instance of superb professionalism across all aspects that it will long remain an inspiring example for me. Electrical Connections has my highest recommendation! Thank you.

Josh at Electrical Connections was fantastic! He was quick to respond, able to come out on short notice, and had our issue resolved in no time. We needed repairs after a third-party company accidentally cut a wire, and Josh made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Highly recommend Electrical Connections, especially Josh. Five stars!

Great job done by Juan Carlos. He was very professional, polite and explained what he did and how to operate the new ceiling fan/light combos. The work included creating new wired sockets where there were none and installing the fans. He left no mess behind. Everything was clean. Thank you !
