Abby and Jorge came to my home. They were awesome. Explained everything to me in detail before the job started. Showed me what they did every step of the way. Did a walk through after to ensure everything came back and was working and only then left. I felt involved and informed every step of the way. Just an excellent blend of customer service on site and professional know how on display. I am so very happy. My breaker box had no listing of what breaker was for what. And now I have a listing attached to the door made with a labeller! That is going one step further. No having to guess handwriting. And thanks to both of them an old overhead light fixture that was falling out of the ceiling in my laundry room has led way to a new led light fixture that is super bright. They also put in two motion sensor lights in my furnace room. The pull chord had broken on one of them and I was too short to simple screw the bulb in and out. Since I do not go into the furnace room that much the installation of the motion sensor lights made complete sense. And they even asked me what time setting I wanted and left me the instructions for all lights installed. Just first class service all around. And a feeling of confidence that the work done will last a long time.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. JC was very through when he first arrived on-site to restore our power and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction before he left the premises. He was also very through when completing the rejuvenation post renovation and similarly ensured our full satisfaction before leaving the premises. The pricing is definitely on the higher side but the quality of work is worth it.

Not only is he highly knowledgeable as an electrician, but he's great at giving advice and counsel on different options and recommendations. He's personable, kind, and an all-around good guy. Electrical Connection’s service was great. Josh, the technician who worked on our project, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results and offered solid alternatives along the way. He was detail‑oriented and did a great job covering the holes in the drywall. As with any job like this, we’ll still need to finish and paint, but he patched everything up really well. This was a major project that included replacing a breaker panel and a few other smaller improvements. I’d definitely call them again when the time comes. If you want it a bit more formal, more casual, or more enthusiastic, I can tune it further.
