Hope plumbing has done a fantastic job working on my older home! What started as an initial toilet clog ended up turning into a much bigger project but all thanks to the many hands and crews that came out we got everything working and the water finally running freely! Thanks again to Cody, Tony, Vaughn, Lucas, and David, for their hard work with the installation and excavation. Thanks as well to Shannon for working with me and coming up with a plan that would work. Although it ended up being more money than I had originally planned Hope worked with me by allowing me to save money by doing some projects myself! Would definitely recommend Hope plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done on their house! We also got a new furnace and AC unit installed and the HVAC team worked tirelessly all day to make sure that we had our heat back on and everything working as promised!

Fantastic experience. Employees came in polos and said “sir”. 1 seemed more knowledgeable than the first but both were respectful and effective. I used the coupon for snaking and camera’ing for an old abandoned floor drain. I will use Hope for any plumbing needs I have in the future. Perspective customers ought to specifically ask for John McNeil. This gentleman gave no maleficent air and offered to look at my basement main drain and give thoughts. He was polite and forthcoming with plumbing advice and service beyond the scope of his contracted visit. This is the first plumbing contractor experience I’ve had, I’m pleasantly surprised it went this well. I had to add a post script after reading other reviews. It seems folks had the same experience I had. I feel pretty lucky I landed with Hope via Angis list. I should also add the office team took my scheduling call at 8pm on Friday night with kiddos chatting in the background of the phone call. The Hope teams seems genuine and legitimate salt of the earth working people. That’s the type you want on your project.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hope Plumbing. They came to diagnose issues with our tub and showers, recommended repairs, and charged us for work that ultimately did not address any of the problems we originally called about. After the work was completed and the technicians left, I quickly realized that the original issues remained unresolved. The tub was still actively leaking, and the cartridge replacements they recommended did nothing to fix the lack of cold water and poor water pressure in our two showers. Frankly, I'm surprised they didn't verify that the fixtures were working properly before leaving. I had to call them back to report that the leak was still present and that the shower issues had not improved at all. Rather than fixing the problems they were originally hired to address, they proposed an entirely new diagnosis and quoted an additional $4,000 for further repairs. Given the inaccurate initial diagnosis, I have little confidence that this new recommendation is actually the root cause of the problem. After several conversations with their Quality Assurance team, the best resolution they offered was a $1,200 credit toward the new $4,000 repair. In other words, they expected me to spend thousands more dollars to solve the same issues that existed before they ever came out. At a minimum, I believe Hope Plumbing should refund the amount we paid for repairs that failed to address the original problems. That would allow us to hire a different plumber whom we can trust to accurately diagnose and resolve the issues. UPDATE: I called Quality Control back, and they offered no further resolution.

Nathan was wonderful. We had him do a faucet, dishwasher, under sink plumbing, and garbage disposal. Took his time and checked everything thoroughly to confirm everything was sealed and no leaks were present. I would highly recommend Nathan for any plumbing needs.

Hands down I couldn’t have been happier with Ed and his service today! Great guy!! He took the time to explain everything from start to finish and was more than willing to answer the countless additional questions we had for him. Highly, highly, impressed with the service he provided and will recommend Hope and Ed to everyone I know! 5 stars!!!!
