I just had Frankie come out to my house to install a light fixture in my bathroom. It was an old fluorescent light in a tight spot! He made quick work of it, kept the space clean, and was super friendly. I’m usually pretty anxious having service people in my home and sometimes worry about feeling judged for the messes in my house but he put me at ease right away and I felt no judgement from him at all. He did a safety inspection first and gave me a free quote on the installation. He also quoted me on some things he noticed around the house. He took time to explain things and I did not feel rushed while speaking with him. He offered the membership and explained the service but wasn’t pushy about it. Also he wore shoe covers which I appreciate! Thank you Frankie! You are a terrific electrician and I will definitely be using this company again in the future. - Kailyn Murray Please note in the photo my light fixture is a little off center but I personally decided to keep it that way. Frankie offered his services to center it but I declined.

Working with West Houston Electric to get a new line run for charging my EV and a whole home surge protector was a great experience.The communication back and forth made it super easy to set up my appointments. When Omar came out for the assessment and install he did a great job of explaining my options and the work he would be doing, very courteous and professional. He also did great work on a clean install that functions perfectly and looks great. I would highly recommend them for any work you may be considering.

Mr Matt was great. I had other things I wanted done and advised on plans for that and appropriate fans and things to buy later on. Fan's replacements and added outlets, as well.as ensuring where to buy the right equipment needed in advance. He gave me ideas and ways to go about it in stages as well and did great work installing drop lights over the kitchen area of a new build and a fancy light fixture. He was very helpful with questions and answers I had. As well as took his time to ensure things worked appropriately and advised me of the things i planed to do in the next few months. That the fans were correct and would work for the house efficiently and checked the house for anything out of order or improvements per the policy they have, which was good to know. He was nice and professional, called and gave me time frames and was helpful with the free consultation on my ideas. I do recommend this company and will use in the future. Great job Mr Mike.

West Houston Electric provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. The team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. I truly appreciated their prompt response, getting back to me immediately to schedule work. Nicolette also called to let me know exactly when my electrician Travis would arrive. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Their reliability gave me peace of mind, and I highly recommend them for any electrical needs. Ask for Travis. He really knows what he is doing and gives great advice.
