I needed a new 120 V 20 Amp outlet with a dedicated circuit breaker (so not a small task). Alex was on time and ready to work. He was professional and efficient and I couldn’t be happier! Ethan and Isaac from Right Touch Electrical were fantastic! They installed recessed lighting on my 20ft living room ceiling and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home – they wore foot covers without me even asking and cleaned up everything when they were done. You’d hardly know they had been here, except for the gorgeous new lighting! Pricing was very competitive for this area! I highly recommend Right Touch Electrical, especially Ethan and Isaac, and will be using them for all of my future lighting and electrical needs. 10/10 service.

Kris was very cordial and knowledgeable. Explained everything in good detail and gave me options how I wanted to proceed. The technicians were very nice and did a fantastic job completing what I wanted done. They also pointed out some safety issues I was not aware of that I am going to get them to take care of. Great to have the warranties on the materials and work. Excellent job.

Issac was helpful and very knowledgeable. We even shared our devotion to the Astros...talking a short time about them! What impressed me was that he exuded confidence! No problem was too small. Kendrick was extremely kind to me…he had to be very patient while I started crying. I have stage 4 cancer and this is the last thing I need to deal with. But it will be handled, professionally and kindly by this sweet man who tried to explain to me, but then actually explained to my sister in law what needed to be done and why. I completely trust Kendrick and his organization and appreciate his kindness, patience, and understanding with me today.
