I recently had Lambert Carnell complete a full electrical panel replacement and upgrade, along with replacing and installing grounding wires and adding a new disconnect lever to main house. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Lambert was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work being performed and answer all of my questions. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed safely, neatly, and with great attention to detail. I especially appreciated his responsiveness, clear communication, and commitment to doing the job right. We had Justin come out to our home for an electrical issue, and even though we ultimately weren’t able to move forward with the repair because of the cost, I still felt compelled to leave this review because of how professional, honest, and genuinely helpful he was throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, Justin was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining what was going on. Instead of trying to pressure us into anything, he took the time to give real advice, walk us through our options, and point us in the right direction based on our situation. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Even though we couldn’t proceed with the work at this time, I walked away feeling informed, respected, and genuinely grateful for the guidance he gave us.
