We had Justin come out to our home for an electrical issue, and even though we ultimately weren’t able to move forward with the repair because of the cost, I still felt compelled to leave this review because of how professional, honest, and genuinely helpful he was throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, Justin was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining what was going on. Instead of trying to pressure us into anything, he took the time to give real advice, walk us through our options, and point us in the right direction based on our situation. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Even though we couldn’t proceed with the work at this time, I walked away feeling informed, respected, and genuinely grateful for the guidance he gave us. Sometimes great customer service isn’t just about completing the job — it’s about how you treat people when they need help, and Justin absolutely exceeded expectations. The company as a whole was also excellent to deal with — responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. If this experience is any reflection of how they operate, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work or honest professional advice. Thank you again, Justin. Great first time experience. Lots of communication/confirmation via text- I LOVED the message introducing our tech so I knew who to expect. It’s scary letting an unknown person in your home after all. Tech was wonderful. Thanks!

John was very professional knew what he was doing very clean and we were happy with his performance and job overall he is a very valuable asset to your company. My kitchen outlets were sparking and he repaired them safely and promptly. He made us feel safe in our home again. I would definitely recommend you all to all my friends because of him.

A shout out to JUSTIN. We had an old main breaker that needed to be replaced and so we used their emergency service and they were there in 45 mins. Justin replaced the breaker and walked us through what happened and gave us further recommendations. He was so polite, friendly and he really took the time to answer all of our questions. Thank you JUSTIN!!
