“Mr. Sparky is always prompt and they simply don't do anything that's not up to code. We like knowing that the quality control is a priority. When we've had questions, they explain thoroughly and are conscientious about sharing what is needed and what would be a "nice to have" item. We won't use anyone else.”

“It's been quite a while since they serviced me. They did some rewiring fixes—I had some problems with some outlets. I'd say they're a B.”
“The gentleman that was here was very professional, did the job, and answered my questions—I couldn't ask for anything better. We had a kitchen light that I'd had a couple people look at, and got several different answers, but it was what I thought it was. It was the ballast; he had to replace the ballast on that light and, also, put a new plug in outside. I'd give them an A+.”

“The last one was quick; the technician that came assessed what the problem was and came up with the right solution. I think they did two things; I think they worked on my electrical system. They deserve an A. I'm extremely likely to recommend them.”
“Honestly, I think I just picked them. I think it was one plug that caught on fire by a hair dryer, and it ended up being the hair dryer. There was a malfunction, so they ended up paying for it, because it actually was their hair dryer—but I did think it was probably overpriced, it was a really expensive plug. I think a B was good. The price was really, really high, but I also didn't want to take a chance of it. He was letting me know that if I don't replace all of it, there's a good chance it could happen again, so I didn't want to take any chances with kids in the house. I don't really remember. I think as far as what I heard, I just paid way too much but I also wanted to make sure there wasn't a fire going.”

“They were good. They told us what they were going to do, and they did it; it cost what they said it would, and we were very happy with them. We had a problem with lights, and they replaced them in the kitchen. I would say they're an A.”
