⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Santiago provided outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived on time, completed the installation efficiently, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He installed whole-home and HVAC surge protection professionally and made sure I understood how the equipment worked, what the indicator lights meant, and what to do if service is ever needed. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. He answered all of my questions without rushing, gave practical advice about maintaining warranty documentation, and even pointed out a separate electrical safety improvement for my generator connection without trying to pressure me into additional work. I really appreciated that level of integrity. The workmanship was clean, organized, and professional, and it’s obvious he takes pride in doing the job correctly. If you’re fortunate enough to have Santiago as your technician, you’re in excellent hands. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

A storm cooked our electric panel and Dan was here so fast! Came out and worked in the rain with a smile on his face. So polite, punctual and professional, answered all our questions before we could ask. Whole job done in less than a day. Our AC wasn’t working properly. Multiple appliances were barely turning on. If you’re having electrical problems call Mr. Sparky, wish I could give 10 stars! If you can, ask for Dan! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dan was wonderful. He took his time explaining everything to me. I had new smoke detectors installed, work on the electrical panel with installation on a surge protector and a device on the AC (i can't remember what it's called)

I just had Mr. Yasser come out and do a thorough review of our home that was struck by lightning recently. He thoroughly went through and took his time to be able to help us better understand what’s going to be needing to be replaced. regarding the company, we made several phone calls for a follow up And basically have not received any further communication. Period now looking for a different Electrician to fix our problems

My electrician, Owen, did an outstanding job! He was tasked to assemble and install one fan and one chandelier. Within a couple of hours, he completed the work and did a perfect job. He was kind, professional, and meticulous when it came to estimating the proper height of the chandelier. I really appreciated his attention to detail and expertise.
