I just moved into my new home & had a great experience with Jay for my electrical safety evaluation. He was fantastic! He really took his time explaining every last detail to me and made sure I fully understood the electrical work. He was extremely thorough, professional and an amazing communicator. He checked every outlet and gave me incredible peace of mind. Highly Recommend!

I just want to express my sincere gratitude to Acosta Heating and Cooling. I want to thank Acosta rep Ricky Starnes who spent considerable time with me in choosing the best HVAC system to replace my 35-year system. He completely and entirely answered all my questions and concerns. In addition, I want to thank Acosta for sending out the install techs Juan Lopez and Miguel Gonzales. They both were top notch in the removal of my old system and installation of my new system. The HVAC replacement they did for me at my home was absolutely stellar. From start to finish, the work was professional, clean, and truly top-notch. Every detail was taken care of, and the system is working perfectly. I also appreciate Acosta for providing the ongoing care with scheduled checks during the life of the system. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Needed AC repair. I talked w a couple different companies (incl MJ) and Acosta was much easier to coordinate with. They followed up with phone calls regarding scheduling and also the maintenance aspect. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I spoke w Neesh (sorry, I know I'm butchering the spelling of his name) and Daniel R was the technician who helped me. Thx guys and great job. I should add that, once they realized that the person staying at this residence was an elderly woman, they expedited getting over there and getting that AC running. Very nice. To contrast: The other company i called (^) said they couldn't get that the same day. I said - isn't that the whole msg of your advertising that you get there same day? and Kathy at the other place said "not when its this hot." Go w Acosta.

Jay did an EXCELLENT job explaining all of my electrical needs. Very courteous, patient and informative. Definitely an asset to Acosta. 5 star gentleman. I would highly recommend him for any service needs for a home or business.
