My experiences with Tim Kyle electric, heating & cooling has been absolutely a pleasure. Everyone I have dealt with from this company has been 100% professional, warm and friendly. Their pricing is fair and competitive, their proposals and contracts are detailed and done in such a way that the “layman” can understand. From the estimator, office staff to the technicians everyone is very communicative. They are always on time and prepared when they arrive at my home. I trust them 100% , I feel valued and respected from the minute they answer their phone to the moment the technicians pull out of my driveway after professionally completing their task. Truly a business that is well managed !.

Chris did a great job for us, inspecting AC system. He explained the procedure ahead of time and explained his findings clearly and was able to make the one needed repair without another appointment. We really appreciate being able to get an appointment to fit our time frame. We did take advantage of the offer of a 1 year service plan which was actually less expensive than a one time service call. This seems like a very well run business. The price we paid included the service call and the repair. Rob then did a very thorough electrical inspection and was able to take care of 2 safety issues same visit. Nick took care of the furnace, again very thorough and was able to take care of a small issue on the spot. All 3 were very personable, thorough and clearly shared and explained their findings.

Had to place an after hours service call for our A/C unit on one of then hottest days of the year. From the beginning I received amazing customer service. Megan, who answered the phone, was awesome. Trying to find an appointment slot and keeping me informed of the process was extremely helpful. Once we decided on an after hours call, I received amazing customer follow up text fairly quickly with the tech’s name and bio. Chris arrived shortly there after. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. We would highly recommend Tim Kyle for any heating and cooling service!!

We have been happy customers of Tim Kyle Co. for some years now. They are consistently available when needed and today (July 4!) they sent someone out to fix my air conditioner. The technician, Josh, was here within an hour or so of my call into the office. Josh diagnosed the problems quickly, had the parts on hand to fix it, and got the job done quickly! Thank you, again, for your professionalism and high quality work!

I had a major power failure in my house on a Saturday morning. I did what everyone does and turned to Google for recommendations. I saw Tim Kyle had a bunch of 5 Stars so I called them first thing on Saturday morning. I was shocked I actually got a human being on the phone right away. No answering service, AI voices or voicemails. The receptionist (Stacy I think?) was fantastic - she was personable, compassionate and when she told me she would call me back when she had a specific time frame for the service tech to arrive - she actually called back. The service tech, Kenn Steen, arrived about 45 minutes earlier than anticipated and was absolutely fantastic. Extremely personable, knowledge and friendly. Kenn got down to business and diagnosed my problem, no easy task evidently. He set us up a temporary work around and got our power restored. Since the problem could not be permanently solved during the emergency call due to the nature of the failure, he made several recommendations on how to fix the problem. He treated me like family and gave me a no non-sense outline of the different solutions and what he recommended. At no point did he try to up-sell us or try and rush out of there before all my questions were answered. I could not be happier with Stacy, Kenn and Tim Kyle in general.
