Abby and Jorge came to my home. They were awesome. Explained everything to me in detail before the job started. Showed me what they did every step of the way. Did a walk through after to ensure everything came back and was working and only then left. I felt involved and informed every step of the way. Just an excellent blend of customer service on site and professional know how on display. I am so very happy. My breaker box had no listing of what breaker was for what. And now I have a listing attached to the door made with a labeller! That is going one step further. No having to guess handwriting. And thanks to both of them an old overhead light fixture that was falling out of the ceiling in my laundry room has led way to a new led light fixture that is super bright. They also put in two motion sensor lights in my furnace room. The pull chord had broken on one of them and I was too short to simple screw the bulb in and out. Since I do not go into the furnace room that much the installation of the motion sensor lights made complete sense. And they even asked me what time setting I wanted and left me the instructions for all lights installed. Just first class service all around. And a feeling of confidence that the work done will last a long time.

Dan and his team were very courteous and respectful toward our home. He arrived within the scheduled appointment window and we went over the work to be done once again prior to his starting the job. He worked quickly and effectively and the 220v connection in our garage looked professionally done. Electrical connections’ pricing was very competitive. Would recommend to my neighbors.

Josh at Electrical Connections was fantastic! He was quick to respond, able to come out on short notice, and had our issue resolved in no time. We needed repairs after a third-party company accidentally cut a wire, and Josh made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Great job done by Juan Carlos. He was very professional, polite and explained what he did and how to operate the new ceiling fan/light combos. The work included creating new wired sockets where there were none and installing the fans. He left no mess behind. Everything was clean. Thank you !

I needed a smart switch replaced. Jorge was knowledgeable about dealing with smart switches and offered me a variety of options for obtaining the replacement switch and recommended installing a whole house surge protector. When the switch I ordered was somewhat different from the one being replace, Jorge analyzed the situation and determined how the new switch needed to be installed. All of the work he did for me was completed quickly and professionally, I very much appreciate the fact that Jorge went out of his way to be sure I was fully satisfied with the results.
