Starting with my first call to Titus Becca was professional and helpful. She promptly sent Brennon over to assess our needs to replace our 38 year old whole house attic fan. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and professional. The quote was about 10+% less than other quotes. When Bobby and Logan came to execute the remove and replace Brennon came too and we all walked through everything. Then Bobby and Logan knocked it out of the park. They were professional, fast and fastidious … the white white carpet they had to work over was untouched. The whole house and attic fans are super quiet and work great. I’m looking forward to the summer heat to gauge performance. And finally Elizabeth called after the job was complete to make everything was “5 Star.” She too was very professional. Thanks Titus. Job well done!

Nothing but wonderful customer service from top to bottom! Elizabeth and Leslie in the front office are kind and warm- love that women are the communicators because most electric companies are the electricians themselves and you don’t always get through when needed. Brennon was phenomenal is the time he took to explain everything, took his time, was respectful of the home, great worker and person. Logan and Bobby performed the work in my home and were kind and courteous. The work itself was done in a timely manner, clean, no mess- no fuss. They went the extra mile in bonding something loose in my crawl space that was a major safety hazard, even though it was not apart of the plan we opted for. I love the business plan of Titus. They nail it every time. Seriously could not say enough great things!

Chris, our service technician, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he explained the work to us in terms we could understand. He first checked the circuit panels and switches, assessed what we requested, and then reviewed the estimate. He was efficient and fixed a few minor problems or advised us on what to consider in the future. We thought the prices for his labor and services were fair. The ceiling fan is no longer wobbly. We are grateful for the removal of the dimmer light switches and the replacement of the porch fan with a covered light. Thanks for your service, and we'll keep you as our go-to company for future repairs or additional electrical work. And thanks to Becca for keeping us informed. The office staff works diligently to make sure you are satisfied with the services they provide. We strongly recommend Titus Electric. A note of caution! When searching for home repair services, be careful and make sure you are hiring a company rather than some guy with a pickup who claims to be from the company. Many companies are having their websites hijacked, and you may think you are dealing with a reputable company. Be wary of giving out too much information because you could be inundated with spam text messages and phone calls. Titus is for real and a local company. You can trust them.

Titus showed up to help my older family in a very short window of time to fix a problem in a connector box that shut down all power. It ended up entailing digging deep to repair wire connection to city meter. Caleb, Bobby and Logan worked hard to get the issue repaired quickly. Caleb was excellent at communicating and helped ease my family members anxiety. I highly recommend this company. We experienced exceptional customer service from the initial call to the finish of the project.

Amazing customer service and support. Had a panic situation at our house and they were very helpful and supportive by phone and got someone out next day during busy summer season after another appointment cancelled. They could have just left our appt on the books but made the efforts to get someone out asap. Electrician was super informative, helpful, and helped us with our issue and some other issues that another electrical company had left behind previously. Will definitely work with again.
