Nothing but wonderful customer service from top to bottom! Elizabeth and Leslie in the front office are kind and warm- love that women are the communicators because most electric companies are the electricians themselves and you don’t always get through when needed. Brennon was phenomenal is the time he took to explain everything, took his time, was respectful of the home, great worker and person. Logan and Bobby performed the work in my home and were kind and courteous. The work itself was done in a timely manner, clean, no mess- no fuss. They went the extra mile in bonding something loose in my crawl space that was a major safety hazard, even though it was not apart of the plan we opted for. I love the business plan of Titus. They nail it every time. Seriously could not say enough great things!

Ray was great, he explained the process and how the new panel items works. Insured the generator worked to fewd the house. 5☆ job. I've recommend him and your company to two friends.

The folks at Titus did a fantastic job getting us set up with a whole-home electrical backup. They took the time to answer all my questions and offered a few different options for us to choose from. Overall, we were very happy with the work they did as well and we feel much better prepared in case Xcel wants to cut power due to fire risk again.

We have used Titus Electrical Services twice now, with great results. Our most recent service professional was Ray, and he was fantastic! He was able to install the GFCI outlet that we had requested in a very clean way and also advised us on our electrical panel. His clear communication and installation of a surge protector makes me feel more secure as we have gone fully electric in our house. Ray was very professional and yet approachable with our questions and we had a great experience.

We had a very positive experience with Titus Electrical Services. Elizabeth setup our appointment and was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. She noted all items we wanted addressed and kept us updated with appointment window and arrival time of the electrician. The electrician, Brennon, called 35 minutes before arrival to make sure the timeframe still worked for us. When Brennon arrived he confirmed the items we wanted fixed, showed proof of state licensing for the company and himself, then thoroughly explained the process, cost and asked if we had any questions. He did not rush through the job, he took time to show and explain what was going on and how he was going to fix the items. Everything on our list was quickly fixed. Brennon was very considerate and mindful of not letting our dogs and cats get out while going in and out of the house. Our pups really enjoyed him taking the time to pet them too. Both, Elizabeth and Brennon, were exceptional to work with and a great representation of their company. This is our go to company for all of our electrical needs from here on out.
