My furnace died at the start of the January freeze. After doing some basic troubleshooting, I found the disconnect box was totally melted. I initiated a search for highly rated and reputable electricians and found TruTec Electric. Nick called me first thing the following morning and asked me some troubleshooting questions. He told me a tech would be out at 4PM. At 3:50, I received a text that said Stewart would be arriving soon. He was completely professional and explained, in detail, his plan for repair. I also wanted surge protection installed. He left to go buy a new disconnect at Home Depot and upon his return, he brought his colleague, Nikolay, to help expedite the repairs. Bottom line, these two electricians were both very professional, courteous and wanted everything to be safe. They explained and showed me everything they did. Peace of mind was achieved in abundance. The owners of this company obviously know how to run a crew and it shows. Exceptional company!

I had a great experience working with this company. They recently came to update the smoke detectors in my home, and the service was professional, efficient, and very thorough. Nikolay was excellent. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue before coming back with next steps and a set of recommended options. We are always nervous with contractors in my home will do a poor job or over charge and push extra unnecessary services but not TruTec Electric. He simply provided options and an itemized estimate for each service we needed. We've found the company we'll go with for all our electrical needs. Thanks for the awesome service Nikolay!

We had a very janky outlet that was beyond our DIY abilities to repair. Isiah came out and was so helpful in explaining not just the outlet issue but giving a thorough overview of where our homes electric system was doing well / may need improvements. Nikolay came back the next day to handle the outlet repair and was friendly and efficient and did a thorough check after he completed work to make sure all was working perfectly. Was very happy with the work and everyone we engaged with was knowledgeable and professional!

We had a great experience with this electric service provider today. They were professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain the issues without talking down to me (which unfortunately has happened with another company before, rhymes with Shmister Shmarky). They fixed our immediate problem and provided reasonable, transparent quotes for some upcoming upgrades we’ll need. Overall, a smooth and refreshing experience. Highly recommend!
