Replaced our aged leaking tank water heater with a tankless. Dealt with James the whole time. He is the tankless water heater guru. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns prior and during the installation. He finished the installation earlier than expected! Thank you so much to James and the Keep Smiling Team! I now have unlimited hot water!

Roy Wint is the electrician from Keep Smiling that came to install my son’s bedroom fan and replace a light. He did a great job for a great price! In my past I rarely have had such efficient, honest, and expert electrician repairs and I highly recommend Roy as someone I was comfortable being around me and my family on a Saturday. 5 stars to Roy!

We recently hired Keep Smiling Plumber to remediate a leak in our foundation, and they sent Victor — who did an absolutely fantastic job. He was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful. He truly listened to our concerns and took the time to clearly explain the entire process so we felt comfortable every step of the way. Because of that great experience, we hired them again — this time for a blockage in the sewer pipe in our front yard. Victor returned along with Marcus, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. They dug up the front yard, removed and replaced a slab of concrete, removed the root causing the issue, and repaired the pipe. It was a big job that took nearly the entire day, but they handled it flawlessly. What impressed us even more was how neat and tidy they left everything when they were finished. You could tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers’ homes. I highly recommend The Smiling Plumber — and especially want to give a big shout-out to Victor and Marcus for their professionalism, skill, and outstanding service!

Update: I've been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I've engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization, I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly resolved. As a 29 year retired military veteran, I fully appreciate organizations that have integrity and take pride in being fair and equitable to their stakeholders (customers). I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs.

i would like to express my since gratitude to the "keep smiling plumbing family. when I called regarding a plumbing issue, they responded quickly and provided a perfect repair. a special thanks to victor, the technician, for his plumbing work! also Mrs. Amy's kind consultation and warm advice resolved all my concerns.
