“Had the owner come out and do an energy audit. Very professional, clear and concise regarding energy efficiency. After consulting with my spouse we went ahead and had the technicians perform the duct cleaning. Both techs were professional and also inspected to see if I needed dryer vent cleaning. They were honest about it and advised that the dryer vent cleaning was not needed at the time. I highly recommend their services and I will have them come out again to perform future jobs.”

“The technician damaged some of my furniture and frame to the doorway. I contacted the office, and they sent the owner and another technician to look at it. He told me to get a price from a contractor, and they would reimburse me. They have yet to send the reimbursement, nor will they return my calls.”
