Air Duct Pros was quick to respond, pushed back the arrival window to work with my schedule, and worked around all of the furniture and boxes we had just moved into our new home to effectively clean our whole system. They also understood my anxiety about my cats escaping and made some slight adjustments to keep them safe and complete the job correctly. They also sent before and after photos and were very professional and personable. Lastly, since they couldn't clean our dryer vent since it's on the roof, they recommended another company (who did a fantastic job too!). We will certainly use Air Duct Pros again.

The whole process of setting up an appointment with this company was seamless. Melissa was super-responsive (through text & calls), and I knew exactly when the techs would arrive. Dwayne and his assistant were amazing! They removed about 16 years of lint from my dryer vent, a potential fire hazard for sure. They were efficient and thorough with the job⎯they even performed an adjustment to my new dryer vent duct hose so that my dryer wouldn't have any obstructions. They left the outside ground below my exterior vent spotless. I highly recommend Air Duct Pros⎯will definitely use them in the future!

Our experience with Air Duct Pros was exceptional from start to finish! I called around to a couple of duct cleaning companies but this locally owned, family run business immediately stood out both in terms of service and price. Our appointment was originally scheduled a couple of weeks out but I asked Melissa to let me know if they had any cancellations. She contacted me twice with earlier spots. Duane, the owner, came on Christmas Eve and he and his partner were extremely professional, thorough and efficient! They took pictures of the before and after and sent them to us and, wow, what a difference! We will absolutely use Air Duct Pros again in the future.

Arriving Absolutely at the appointed time, the team from Air Duct Pros were excellent! Their service was complete professional and well done. We have a large home with several ducks and registers. They got to all of them as well as cleaning the clothes dryer. I recommend them with the strongest of conviction.

Crew was courteous and overall communication was good. However, the crew seemed rushed and it showed in their subpar cleanup afterwards. I had to clean the floors, bathroom sink, and some of the walls. Call it being picky but businesses want top dollar for their service/product but you certainly don’t get what you pay for. Probably would not use again.
