Our ducts -- which were way overdue for a cleaning -- are so much cleaner than they were before; and so is the air we are breathing. The "before and after" pictures proved that Air Duct Pros had done a thorough job. However, they lost a star (and maybe should have lost two) for leaving considerable dirt and debris around the openings they had used to do the cleaning. We should NOT have had to clean up after them!"

The crew of 2 men were prompt, worked diligently and efficiently in tandem with each other. The areas around the vents that were removed for cleaning purposes were left spotless as well as the furnace area in out basement. Their behavior, comments and work habits spoke of their professional pride in their company. Best of all, the resulting air quality was much improved! My husband, who had been constantly coughing and complaining of " stuffiness and dust " in the house, is now breathing free and happy."

"These folks are awesome! They kept me updated every step of the way as they performed the service throughout the house. They alerted me to my dryer vent being potentially clogged and offered the cleaning service and to replace the rigid piping with a more flexible material. I was warned of potential drawbacks that they wouldn't be able to cover. All of their communication was done in an informative tone, so that I did not feel pressured into making any decisions. I went with the dryer cleaning because I suspected that an issue existed there and had not been able to look into it further up to that point. It was a good thing I did because a lot of built up lint came out on the front of the house after they began the cleaning. They handled the clean up of the excess lint without missing a beat. The additional charge for the dryer cleaning was reasonable in my opinion. While the service may not look cheap on the surface, all of their prices are stated up front. They don't display a small price and then hide further fees in small print. It makes it much easier for one to budget, and I am completely satisfied with the value I got for their service."
