“First of all, Chuck Green, for whom the company is named, no longer owns the company. I hired Chuck several years ago and the work quality he provided was fantastic and working with Chuck was very professional and very enjoyable. Fast forward a few years, I called CGreen to perform additional work. The supervisor over the job, Nick Gochis, turned out to be very difficult to work with, and hiring CGreen again turned out to be a poor decision and a horrible experience. I provided Nick specification on the work he was to install, but he produced no drawings for the crews to work from that describe the scope of work. Thus, the work they performed did not match the specs I provided. And then, Nick got mad at me when I made them redo the work they installed incorrectly. Even after I provided Nick with dimensioned drawings, there were still issues with the installation that required the work to be removed and reinstalled. The deck was not built to specs and was improperly constructed. There was confusion on the plant materials, quantities and proper planting techniques. And this was all caused by almost non-existent communication between Nick and me and the crews. Working from only the verbal instructions that Nick gave, the installation crews did a great job. They were clean and neat with their construction. The quality was acceptable. Unfortunately it was wrong. These guys had to work the same installation two or three times to get it right.”

“Service is great, but I feel like the pricing has gotten to be very high. We had the sprinklers tweaked under a tree so that some new plantings could be watered. The ones at the very edge still don't get adequate water so I am not 100% pleased with the work.”

“CGreens is a pleasure to work with. I have used them for 3 years to repair leaks in my drip line that runs around my foundation and to update, repair & move some of our sprinkler heads to provide better coverage. Two years ago we had the electric transfer cable buried that connects our whole house generator to our electric meter. The company that dug the trench inadvertently severed the sprinkler control wire for that zone. We really figured that a new sprinkler wire would have to be run because it was impossible to find the severed ends. I called CGreens & they quickly used specialized equipment to locate the severed ends, reconnected them & tested the entire sprinkler system. They even placed a round plate over the wire connection to make it easy to find again. I highly recommend CGreens.”

“I have utilized CGreen's services for over 30 years. They are responsive and do a quality job. I had them re-layout the sprinkler system layout that was installed by the developer (poorly down). We had them install a series of french drains to resolve drainage issues. Over the years as landscape grows / changes, they have made the necessary changes to properly ensure coverage.”

“August 22, 2023 Good experiences, so far. August 7, 2023, 10:00 AM might change it. I asked for a discussion and pricing on changing out all front ground lights. Nick, I think his name was. I have been wanting to change them all out as they are really old and have been poorly repaired and the yard people keep tripping on the lights. I'm an easy sell. Nick said he would get right on it and give me a price ... I thought he meant later that same week. Aug. 7 is a Monday. This is Tuesday, August 22, two full weeks and no word. It means I have to call your office and find out if Nick has any plans of getting back to me on a price.”
