"Great people working for you. I feel the gentleman saved me money through his patience in correcting the problem without adding to more problems. Do not like your flat pricing particularly. Charging the same price that could take 10 minutes or 2 hours seems unfair"

"They came out to do a very small job and they quoted me $800 to $900 dollars for it. They were making it out that they were going to have to cut out the wall and everything else and that was not true. Then, they charged me for a call-out even though they gave me really bad information. I am never going to recommend them to anybody. I might go on yelp to talk about this. I got totally gypped."

"The price for two water tanks,a sink and bathroom toilet was around $6-8,000.00. My friends wonder why is it so expensive, and I tell them that I get the premium. Metro-Flow does nice work overall."

"We had some leaking in the master bathroom sinks. I probably should have gone and bought new fixtures myself, and have them install them. When they came to the site to meet me, they only had one set of fixtures with them to show me. They were not—they didn't match the finish of the fixtures that were already in there, and I screwed up because I told them, ‘Let's just go ahead and do it.’ My wife got home that night and was very unhappy. So, I called them the next day, and they said, ‘Well, once you take those fixtures out of the box, they're yours.’ They were very expensive fixtures, and I'm stuck with about $1000 worth of work that I can't do anything about. So that may be their policy but it's not very customer friendly. I'd give them a D."

"I think we got some work done from Metro-Flow Plumbing at the beginning of this year. We didn't have any issues after that. We had work on our kitchen sink: they replaced our faucet and the piping underneath was leaking, so they just fixed all that stuff and they installed a new faucet. Also on the kitchen sink, the lining was not good, so they fixed that also. So far it's going good. I would say it's an A+. I didn't have any issues."

"I remember them doing some work. They almost tore my house apart. I had an outside faucet that leaked because I guess it froze and broke, and they tore two walls apart trying to find the place to fix it—and then told me I had to replace my entire downstairs wood floor. So they called, I guess, a company that they work with that replaces flooring, and wanted me to replace my floor. They said, ‘Yeah, don't worry about it, your insurance will cover it.’ I said, ‘You know, that's not the point. I didn't need two big holes in my wall and I didn't need to replace my wood floor. I just wanted the outside faucet fixed.’ They charged me $600 to put two big huge holes in my walls, and didn't repair the walls. Obviously I wasn't going to replace my floor with their friend, so I'm not giving them a positive review. In fact, I told everybody I can to stay as far away as possible from them."

"For the most part, it was positive. After they left, I found a power strip gone from my bathroom. I think when they hooked up their drain cleaning thing, they didn't realize when they unplugged it that they took my power strip too. Other than that, it was a good experience. I would give them a B."
