He wanted to do a full pressure test on the residence. All I needed was a gas valve replacement to another size. From the gas line was a secondary gas line going to the valve. He never looked at the gas meter but from the front of it. The secondary line comes from the main line out of the meter from the back of the meter and the secondary line comes off the main line that from the meter to the house.. 15 minutes to tell me he cannot install a new valve because the house is old and needs a pressure test that cost a lot. The secondary gas line comes off the main line and he apparently over looked it. So I had to pay a service call fee for just words that would have come at me thousands of dollars , yeah I saw his calculator total before he closed t out @ over $3,400 I could understand pressure testing that secondary line that does not go to the house .It’s only one line to my garage . I would have accepted the fee for the pressure test to the garage. Not a huge bill to the whole house and the garage. Never will I call or use Metro Flow Plumbing again!! I did the work myself and it’s all fine. It cost me a valve and a couple fittings and some gas line pipe tape all for under $50 not $3,400 for a bunch of extra work

Metro-Flow really came through for us and helped us out of a real bind. We were just about to go on a long trip out of the country when, the night before, our water heater sprung a leak. I called them and got an immediate response, even though it was late at night, and they got me scheduled for the next day. Daryl and Ted came out and got everything taken care of, replacing the water heater in short order. We were worried it was going to take days to get resolved, and they fixed it within one day, well before we had to leave for our flight. They were both professional and easy to talk to, and helped to put our minds at ease.

Michael was prompt arriving ahead of schedule! Discussed everything needed to correct a hot leak slab, all was handled efficiently. Cleanup was completed! Then I needed an 18 yr old water heater replaced… ugh all done. Make sure you have/& read insurance info of perils not covered expenses, like FLOOD INSURANCE!!

Metro Flow Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my gas line. They showed up and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Steven, the technician on the job, was very professional and answered any concerns that I might have. You could tell that he took pride in his workmanship and customer satisfaction. He is definitely an asset for Metro Plumbing.

Miguel and Metro-flow were here primarily to do the annual service on the Tankless Water Heater (yes owners, this needs to happen every year...ask me how I know) in addition to doing a full-inspection, as part of the Diamond-Club enrollment, which I have found to be beneficial in the past. The professionalism (in both personal-presentation as well as expertise) was superior, although not unexpected...as all of my service-visits by Metro-Flow have reflected the highest standards (which seem to be vanishing in this essential service-industry.) We had a minor communication mix-up regarding a pricing matter (both of our responsibility) and the issue was immediately resolved on-the-spot (to the customer's (my) complete satisfaction.) You simply can't go wrong with Metro-Flow.
