Michael was prompt arriving ahead of schedule! Discussed everything needed to correct a hot leak slab, all was handled efficiently. Cleanup was completed! Then I needed an 18 yr old water heater replaced… ugh all done. Make sure you have/& read insurance info of perils not covered expenses, like FLOOD INSURANCE!!

The guys that came to my house to install our new water heater were amazing. They were respectful and kind and helped me figure out how to use everything. I will definitely be calling them again if we need anything water related. The support team on the phone were super sweet getting the appointment set up.
