I used Peach Plumbing to install a water shutoff valve in our crawl space. They came highly recommended from a friend and am now a customer for life. Only wish I used Pleach Plumbing sooner!! Reliable, friendly, easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable with a very customer centric & consultative approach. From the first call, you can tell this is a small, founder led company that takes pride in the customer experience. I was impressed by their onboarding process when setting up the appointment: took time to clearly understand my needs; gave estimated arrival window, followed up on day of visit confirming, and gave 30 minute call ahead. Billy showed up on time and was super friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. He clearly laid out 3 potential solutions to my request, articulating all relevant info in an easy to understand way. Billy’s matter of fact confidence and knowledge instilled immediate confidence. I made a selection and he said he’d immediately provide the notes to his office after he left, while typing in his van in my driveway. 10 minutes later I got a call from Peachtree Plumbing’s office, restating what Billy and I discussed and provided pricing for all 3 options. I agreed to accept their most comprehensive solution and they said they could start the job immediately after Billy ran to pickup parts. 30 minutes later, Billy returned, again laid out his plan before finishing the job nearly 2 hours sooner than I expected. He was a true professional, highly engaged, friendly and walked me through everything, even offering to setup my new app, saving me the time and trouble. Additionally, after learning I needed some electrical work, he made a recommendation for someone he uses in his own home and connected me. I’ve had some bad experiences with another local plumbing company, but was thrilled with the service I received from Billy, Drew, Chip and the entire Peach Plumbing team. Thank you

I had an excellent experience with my water heaters installation. Billy arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process. The installation was completed efficiently, and all the plumbing connections were neatly done with great attention to detail. They also ensured the water heater, expansion tank, and piping were installed correctly and up to code. The work area was left clean, and everything was tested thoroughly before they left. Ervin with Peach Plumbing is wonderful. He came to the home to look at a few drippy faucets.. He went a step farther to determine the cause of the dripping faucets. It turned out our PRV valve to the house had stopped working and a major leak was occurring in the basement as a result. It’s a mess but if a few more days had gone by it would have been a much bigger mess. He’s kind and professional and great with dogs. Thank you Ervin and Peach!

Really great service! Ervin was so kind and helpful in explaining what the problems were with our old hot water heater, so we felt very confident that we were making the right decisions. His work was excellent, quick (same day!), and he was incredibly neat and communicative the whole time. Thank you so much Ervin!! Kevin was also very helpful on the phone in explaining price breakdown and arranging scheduling. I think they have a really talented team at Peach, and I will definitely be using them again. 🍑

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Peach Plumbing! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond. My initial conversation with Gabrielle set the tone—she was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, making everything feel easy right from the beginning. Erwin was just as impressive—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Then came Billy, who truly went out of his way to make sure my plumbing issues were fully taken care of. His dedication and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Lastly, Drew was amazing when it came to discussing quotes. Not only was he transparent and helpful, but he even offered to lower my down payment after hearing about the ongoing issues with my home. That level of understanding and compassion is rare. This is hands down the friendliest company I have ever worked with. On top of that, their prices are excellent.
