Just wanted to thank you and Steadfast for the completion of our sunroom project.From the beginning with our meeting with Nick Brown to plan it we are quite happy with the finished product. I especially want to acknowledge Franklin and his crew. He answered all my questions and handled any concerns with a smile. He and his crew do excellent work and I believe that the project would not have ended as well without him and his crew. From Carlos the electrician to Jose the roofer and the fellow that did the mud work on the sheet rock (I didn't get his name) to the HVAC contractor I could not have asked for a better result! Please give my personal thanks to him and his crew. In today's world it's really nice to come across a craftsman that delivers what they promise. Again my thanks for a job well done. We had an excellent experience with Steadfast from start to finish. They tore down our old deck, rebuilt a beautiful new one, and gave our porch a complete facelift with new screens and trim. The sales and design process with James was smooth, and the project was finished faster than expected. Manuel and his crew did outstanding work and paid great attention to detail. We highly recommend Steadfast and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Before deciding on Steadfast, my family and I looked at several other companies. Nikosi gave us the best options at the best price. He was also able to point us in the direction of a Trek deck color to match our existing screened porch. Manuel and his construction team at Steadfast worked expertly to create a deck that my family and I love. This experience with Steadfast was interactive and comprehensive, allowing for the exchange of ideas as we developed our deck design. James played a crucial role by listening to our ideas, creating multiple illustrations, suggesting numerous alternatives, and advising the use of quality products and cost comparisons. His expertise with the illustration software was a highlight and the continuous involvement ensured a smooth approval with our homeowner's association, even when we had to adjust the final design. Ultimately, he made a valuable suggestion by recommending a particular individual from his team for our deck construction. In the end we knew we made the right choice with this team. Nelson as a team of "1" built our entire deck single handedly and with his exceptional attention to detail and precision construction techniques, he allowed us an interactive interface to making adjustments and improvements throughout the construction process, while suggesting additional design ideas for us to consider that aesthetically worked nicely. He is dedicated to doing it 'right' and worked diligently every day until it was completed. His perfectionism helped make the deck all it could be and made the extra time of construction all worth it. We miss having Nelson around each day, he is a quality individual and a pleasure to work with. Thank you both, James and Nelson, the two of you made this experience well worth it for us.

Ariana, our sales representative did a great job in explaining the scope of the work and assisting with the various options for our new Deck Omar Ruiz was our go to person throughout the construction.
