We recently used the company to rebuild multiple back yard decks connected by a long descending staircase. We have used a number of contractors over the years for a variety of projects. We have never experienced the level of professionalism, craftsmanship and support provided by HD Exteriors. Every aspect of the project was carefully planned and executed. And communication and overall customer support were excellent. Every member of the assigned team, which included design, contracting, project management and customer support were very professional and responsive. Every phase of the project was completed according to the building code with county inspectors approving each stage. Our constructor encountered some unexpected challenges and did a remarkable job addressing them. We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a very attractive financing option, of which we took advantage. In sum, we are very pleased with our selection of HD Exteriors and offer a strong recommendation.

The process of a new deck was stress free with this company. They took care of HOA docs and request process, permits and any requirements from HOA. Amazing job, the staff was courteous and always prompt responding to my inquiries and requests; Nelson and his team were absolutely fantastic. They finished my deck according to promised timeline, and left the area free of old material debris. Definitely recommend this company.

I am very happy that I hired HD Exteriors to rebuild two levels of decks, connecting stairs, and a dock. The construction crew led by Jose did outstanding work. They were hard working, meticulous, and creative in addressing unexpected challenges. I received excellent support and communication from the supervisory and support teams: Kevin, Nelson, Tom, Kim and Tasha. I am also very pleased that the company applied for the multiple permits required for my project and arranged for County inspectors to come out. A very professional company from start to finish.

We are very pleased with our deck!! The HD Exteriors crew were very nice and respectfully whole time and did an amazing job building the deck. They built it in less than two weeks with rain almost everyday, (Beast Mode!). Can’t wait to do another exterior project with their services again. 100% one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company. Only thing that would have been nice is to have the staining done but we understand that they don’t provide that service and they are upfront about that so no worries. Thanks again for the amazing deck!!!
