"Make sure at the initial meeting you understand what you are getting. That was the only problem - is that we were getting something different other than what we are getting. Please have them define horizontal versus vertical. It was very confusing. Their idea of horizontal or vertical had nothing to do with what the posts are going to be imbedded in. We thought it was going to be the tracks because we were told by Cash, that anything horizontal would be tracked. Anything vertical would be wood. We thought everything would be tracked - so I wouldn't have to have everything stained. I am not trying to be nasty, but I don't want to have to paint the stain for the next 20 years of my life. We thought what was holding the metal posts going vertically would be mounted into the tracks. We had no idea about what wrapped meant. We would like to have the choice to decline or accept it. On the other hand, we are so pleased with the work they did. Everybody that came here couldn't have been more nicer or accommodating. My son was very impressed. We paid a lot of money for this and it wasn't quite what I expected."

The check finally came but not until I called to ask why it did not arrive as promised. I did not appreciate the repeated requests for a review by phone, email and mail. I especially did not like being called at home at 8 in the evening. Prince William has a terrific product but they dropped the ball at the very end. I would definitely recommend them, but it's only fair that I tell the truth."

The work started and ended a week earlier than we expected and the carpenters and crew had to deal with a lot of mud after heavy rain halfway through the project. The company sent someone after completion to wash the deck again, which we did not expect. All were pleasant to work with and clearly showed we were important to them."
