Working with PWHI was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The communication was excellent; their project manager kept us updated on progress and ensured we were happy with the daily results. They completed the project on schedule, kept a tidy workspace. We are thrilled with our new deck! The craftsmanship is excellent, the structure is solid. We highly recommend them for any outdoor renovation! We are very satisfied and happy with the extra space at home.

Overall, our experience with Prince William Home Improvement was excellent. The craftsmanship on our new deck and patio is wonderful, the on-site crews were incredibly courteous, and the speed of completion was impressive. We are thrilled with the final results and the quality of the work! From sales to project management, the team was supportive and responsive to our questions. The minor hiccups along the way don't change how happy we are with the outcome, but as with any major project, it helps to stay on top of communication regarding expectations. We had a few small communication gaps regarding multi-phase project sign-offs and final site cleanup, but the team was always prompt in addressing our concerns once we flagged them. Thank you to the whole team for their hard work and for building us a beautiful outdoor space. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and would happily recommend their craftsmanship to others!

Seven years ago PWHI installed my deck on my home. I got a call from them to see if I needed any improvements or could they come out and give me a free estimate on a deck upgrade. I asked for Nick Rodriguez. Nick came out and my first words were "Bruh I ain't doing that" Well what had happen was, Nick showed me a screened in deck, got my attention, introduced me to his teammate Cra'Shae Curry, who worked extra hard getting the project started after a few HOA roadblocks. In the end, I ended up with a fabulous screened in deck installed by PWHI. Special shout out to the whole crew, Patti McConnell, Angel Manzanares, and the rest of the team that made this project go smoothly. I will definitely enjoy my summer!

"Make sure at the initial meeting you understand what you are getting. That was the only problem - is that we were getting something different other than what we are getting. Please have them define horizontal versus vertical. It was very confusing. Their idea of horizontal or vertical had nothing to do with what the posts are going to be imbedded in. We thought it was going to be the tracks because we were told by Cash, that anything horizontal would be tracked. Anything vertical would be wood. We thought everything would be tracked - so I wouldn't have to have everything stained. I am not trying to be nasty, but I don't want to have to paint the stain for the next 20 years of my life. We thought what was holding the metal posts going vertically would be mounted into the tracks. We had no idea about what wrapped meant. We would like to have the choice to decline or accept it. On the other hand, we are so pleased with the work they did. Everybody that came here couldn't have been more nicer or accommodating. My son was very impressed. We paid a lot of money for this and it wasn't quite what I expected."

The check finally came but not until I called to ask why it did not arrive as promised. I did not appreciate the repeated requests for a review by phone, email and mail. I especially did not like being called at home at 8 in the evening. Prince William has a terrific product but they dropped the ball at the very end. I would definitely recommend them, but it's only fair that I tell the truth."

"From the initial design consultation to the final inspection we had a great experience with this company. The employees and contractors from office to site are professional, skilled and knowledgeable. The work started and ended a week earlier than we expected and the carpenters and crew had to deal with a lot of mud after heavy rain halfway through the project. The company sent someone after completion to wash the deck again, which we did not expect. All were pleasant to work with and clearly showed we were important to them."
