Seven years ago PWHI installed my deck on my home. I got a call from them to see if I needed any improvements or could they come out and give me a free estimate on a deck upgrade. I asked for Nick Rodriguez. Nick came out and my first words were "Bruh I ain't doing that" Well what had happen was, Nick showed me a screened in deck, got my attention, introduced me to his teammate Cra'Shae Curry, who worked extra hard getting the project started after a few HOA roadblocks. In the end, I ended up with a fabulous screened in deck installed by PWHI. Special shout out to the whole crew, Patti McConnell, Angel Manzanares, and the rest of the team that made this project go smoothly. I will definitely enjoy my summer!

PWHI did a superb job on our original wood deck, so we went back to them when it came time to resurface it after 15 years. After all, decks are what they specialize in. We upgraded to Trex materials for resurfacing our deck. (The original support structure remains in great shape.) The entire process was seamless from the design, finance to completion. Everyone was kind, professional, and communicated with us clearly. The crew showed up as promised, worked diligently, and respected our property. We are extremely happy with PWHI, and we recommend them.

Beautiful Ledgestone-Style Cambridge Paver Patio – Professional, High-Quality Work! Prince William Home Improvement recently installed our new Ledgestone-style Cambridge paver patio at our home in Lovettsville, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The patio is absolutely beautiful — solid, perfectly laid, and a great example of high-quality craftsmanship. The crew was professional, skilled, and respectful throughout the entire process. Several supervisors came by during the installation to inspect the work and ensure everything met their high standards. They also kept the area spotless and didn’t leave behind any debris. Overall, we are very satisfied with the final product and the service we received. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is to highlight the lack of communication at certain points during the project. We did encounter a few issues along the way, but they were resolved quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love our new deck and are happy we chose to work with Prince William Home Improvement. I’ve attached a few photos to show the entire process from start to finish.

"Make sure at the initial meeting you understand what you are getting. That was the only problem - is that we were getting something different other than what we are getting. Please have them define horizontal versus vertical. It was very confusing. Their idea of horizontal or vertical had nothing to do with what the posts are going to be imbedded in. We thought it was going to be the tracks because we were told by Cash, that anything horizontal would be tracked. Anything vertical would be wood. We thought everything would be tracked - so I wouldn't have to have everything stained. I am not trying to be nasty, but I don't want to have to paint the stain for the next 20 years of my life. We thought what was holding the metal posts going vertically would be mounted into the tracks. We had no idea about what wrapped meant. We would like to have the choice to decline or accept it. On the other hand, we are so pleased with the work they did. Everybody that came here couldn't have been more nicer or accommodating. My son was very impressed. We paid a lot of money for this and it wasn't quite what I expected."

The check finally came but not until I called to ask why it did not arrive as promised. I did not appreciate the repeated requests for a review by phone, email and mail. I especially did not like being called at home at 8 in the evening. Prince William has a terrific product but they dropped the ball at the very end. I would definitely recommend them, but it's only fair that I tell the truth."

"From the initial design consultation to the final inspection we had a great experience with this company. The employees and contractors from office to site are professional, skilled and knowledgeable. The work started and ended a week earlier than we expected and the carpenters and crew had to deal with a lot of mud after heavy rain halfway through the project. The company sent someone after completion to wash the deck again, which we did not expect. All were pleasant to work with and clearly showed we were important to them."
