“The design of our patio was changed by the workers - and we really didnt realize it until we looked at it carefully. It is an unacceptable mess. If the supervisor was onsite, he was not recognizable. If I had the time I would get on every social media account I have and warn others away from this company.”

“We are very happy with how the screened porch turned out and with the quality of the workmanship. We received very good support from the customer service team. There were some glitches, including a design flaw, that delayed the project start and added significantly to our cost. Also, the project manager did not communicate with us regularly throughout the project. Overall, however, we are very pleased with the final product.”

“Initial planning was somewhat less than expected but once the project materials were delivered it took off from there and the progress of building the new deck and finishing up with several quality control visits was excellent. We are pleased with the final product.”

“PWHI was fantastic to work with. To be honest, the "sales pitch" comes off a bit "showy" but once we started working with them it was a well oiled machine. We were kept informed through the whole process and were always available to answer questions or concerns. Excellent crew got the job done!”
