Wanted an elevated deck upgrade. Royal Deck came out, took it seriously, put together a plan. We had an older backyard setup. Not the simplest job. The build ran a couple of weeks. The new deck changed how we use the backyard. Meals outside, evenings outside, the kids prefer it to being inside. Even the dog has a spot she goes to every morning. Going in I was mostly hoping it would turn out decent. It ended up being more than that.

If you’re needing a new deck, hire Royal Deck. They’re the BEST! The whole process from start to finish was a breeze! Our first appointment with Ryan went amazing, as he helped us create our vision of what we wanted our deck to look like. The showroom was the best as it really helps you see everything you pick out. Stefan is awesome to work with and great communication! Seeing the deck project come to life is honestly the BEST part. Justin, Vas and Rustam are beyond AMAZING! Throughout the deck project, their communication was top notch, they are very organized, clean and just overall super sweet and kind! The work they do is literally PERFECTION!

Major props to Alex, Stephen, Victor and the awesome Constantin of Royal Deck on an incredible job on our deck. I highly recommend them for your decking needs! They finished the job a month earlier than promised also, but would have held off if we wanted. We want to enjoy our September and October on the deck watching football and gazing at the maples across the pond, as they change from green to red. The dogs prefer to spend their time on the deck now! Excellent craftsmanship by all involved!

A 3D cartoon-style animation of an anthropomorphized, personified Pizza with expressive eyes and a mouth, sitting on a clean wooden kitchen table. I used Royal Deck to demo an existing deck and build a new deck on the 2nd floor. Alex showed me samples of the deck and railings that were available. Nick walked me through their material selection and explained how the process works from start to finish. It was very easy to talk to Alex and Nick and they knew exactly what I was looking for. The quote given by Royal Deck was reasonable compared to the other deck companies. Royal Deck projects are handled completely by them from start to finish, applying for permit, demo and haul away to getting the final inspection approved which is when they consider the work completed. Stephan was assigned to us as the Project Manager and he was very communicative and gave frequent updates on the project progress. He patiently answered all the questions I had. The crew members Vaseli and Nic did the actual deck work. They had excellent work ethics and were experienced and thorough in their work. They came in as early as 7 am to start work and sometimes stayed back till 7:30 pm to complete the work. They did not let any garbage going into neighbor's house, did not waste time while at work, finished building the deck on time and after completing the work they cleaned up the place thoroughly. I'm very happy with the deck and highly recommend Royal Deck to all my friends and family.
