Blue umbrella waterproofing is a top notch company. They are very efficient and have very good and honest trustworthy employee's that work for them. There sales team are not pushy and very informative. They make you feel very comfortable when making a decision to trust your home with them. In my recent experience the team came out and got right to work and within a couple of hours the job was already almost completed. We ran into a small snag that was unavoidable due to the age of my home and the team at blue umbrella reacted extremely fast and had a solution in place. Repairs were same day and they did not leave until the work was to my satisfaction which hands down was an added plus. The manager came out to make sure everything was done correctly and work area was cleaned extra good. The staff is very personable and friendly. By far the best home improvement job that I have had in a very long time. Every thing they said they were going to do was done to exactly how they said it was going to be. Another good part about this company is that if you should ever need additional work or to add on to the service you had install they make it very easy to have that completed. I highly recommend blue umbrella as your next waterproofing specialist to get things done the right way.

1//16/2026-1/24/2026 I love this company i had a french drain and sump pump installed after many years of getting quotes and not being sure what company to use due to some over pricing and others just not feeling right i finally decided to pick Blue umbrella and i dont regret it one bit. The workers were great they were very clean and got to the job the only reason a 2 day job turned into a longer job is because i had to get a footer installed first and then we also had a few snow storms but when it was finished it was prefect. The head guy was very helpful and told me step by step what was going on and what was going to happen, I also love the warranty that comes with the system i would suggest this company for basement waterproofing every time

I was very impressed by my experience with Blue Umbrella Waterproofing from start to finish. After years of dreading every heavy rainstorm, I finally reached out after a recent streak of rain because water had been infiltrating parts of my basement. I did my research on basement waterproofing and Blue Umbrella was the top contender. They were not only transparent with all aspects of the project, but also extremely passionate about the service they are able to provide concerned homeowners when it comes to water issues. Tony C. was diligent and responsive at all points of the process, easing my concerns and educating me on the solution they were implementing (full perimeter drainage system and a new sump pump with a battery backup). He scheduled me for the project in less than a week’s time, came on-site with the crew the morning of, and checked in both during and after the construction. The crew themselves were very professional, clean, and thorough with their work. I can’t believe all they were able to accomplish in just a single day’s work! It’s a messy job by nature, but they were incredibly respectful of my home. Steve, the owner, checked in the following morning to address any concerns I may have had. He offered advice and availability for handling any future concerns. For what can seem like an intimidating process, Blue Umbrella provided a supportive experience and I highly recommend their services for anyone considering a waterproofing solution! You can rest assured knowing they will do honest, qualified, and reliable work.

We had Blue Umbrella in as we had damp issues and water infiltration in our basement and needed a sump pump installing. From start to finish, they were fantastic. The consultation was incredibly clear, straightforward and without catches. We were given various options for the work with no pushiness to go for more expensive extras. Scheduling with Nelson was very simple and he was quick to answer any follow up questions we had. The team that came to do the work were great, even offering to help with moving some flooring supplies I had delivered on the same day! They got on with the job, tidied up nicely afterwards, and talked me through each step of the work as it was being done. I would recommend Blue Umbrella

I had waterproofing work done in my basement, including a drain and sump pump installation, and had a very positive experience. Nelson, who handled the estimate and walked me through the process, was very helpful and easy to work with. The crew completed the entire project in one day and kept everything moving efficiently. There were a few minor items that came up afterward, but the owner, Steve, was very responsive and quick to address them. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome and would recommend them for basement waterproofing work.
