We recently had a Bilco basement door installed. Everyone from Healthy Basement Systems were very easy to work with. From Cathy who answers her phone almost immediately and is very cordial and helpful. That first person you speak to is very important to me when choosing businesses to work with and Cathy is excellent. Eric who came over to let us know how the process will work. He was extremely knowledgeable and let us know exactly what we would need to complete the job. Chris and Wilmer who were the installers on a very hot day were two of the hardest workers we have ever used. We did have one issue installing the door but Chris was able to think outside the box and solve the issue to my satisfaction . If I had more work done from Healthy Basement Systems I would only take the job if Chris and Wilmer could do the job. Thank you again. From an ugly eyesore that was horrible to open because of the weight of the door to now a very nice addition to the decor of my property. Not to mention the ease with which the door opens and closes. Very pleased with the results.

I can not stress enough how professional and knowledgeable this company is. I met with rich when I called to get an estimate of my crawl space told me exactly what I needed how I needed and very professional. Once that was established got in contact with Cathy who again was very professional and patient with the information they provided told me what time the crew would be there who would be there and what to expect. Then the crew, Carlos and his crew went above and beyond. So professional, very efficient, and Carlos answered all my questions and ensured me all work was going to be done and on time. And they delivered, all work was done as promised and my crawl space was done very well and I’m much more comfortable on the inside of my home. This company stands by their products and are always communicating with their customers. I am very happy with my service, and look forward to their yearly maintenance of my crawlspace. 5 stars all the way.

Eric Robles – Foreman Extraordinaire Eric Robles, the foreman on my project, quickly became more than just a contractor—he became someone I could trust completely. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and genuine passion for his work was evident every single day. Eric took his time to make sure every finish was flawless, advocating for me whenever a decision needed to be made. I could tell he truly cared about the end result as much as I did. Christian Robles – Tireless Worker with True Dedication Working alongside Eric was Christian Robles, whose work ethic blew me away. There were days he worked straight through lunch just to keep things on track. His commitment to making sure the job was done right was inspiring, and his efforts never went unnoticed. Chris Seager – The Project Manager Who Made the Impossible Possible If there’s one person who deserves endless praise, it’s Chris Seager. Chris didn’t just manage my project—he championed it. When I faced severe plumbing problems and was initially told nothing could be done, Chris refused to accept defeat. He personally called me, promised help within the hour, and sure enough, Mike from Tumminello Plumbing & Heating showed up and resolved the issue. That moment changed everything for my project. From that point on, Chris became not only my project manager but also a friend. He visited my home every single day to check in on progress, responded to messages no matter the day or time (even on Sunday afternoons!), and never made me feel like my questions or changes were a burden. Despite the pressure from my many modifications to the project, Chris always found a way to make it work. His customer service skills, problem-solving ability, and genuine care for my satisfaction are unmatched. I can say without hesitation: I have Chris to thank for making my dream space a reality. Mike from Tumminello Plumbing & Heating Mike’s quick arrival and expert work on my plumbing crisis was nothing short of heroic. He solved an issue that others had said was impossible, and his role in this transformation will never be forgotten. The Egress Window Installation Team Another standout part of the project was the egress window installation team. They worked hard, fast, and clean, leaving absolutely no damage and delivering a perfect result. Their professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. Dave – The Reliable Backup Foreman Dave, who stepped in at times as foreman, also deserves credit. He communicated clearly, kept me updated, and ensured the project continued to run smoothly whenever he was involved. Final Thoughts Healthy Basement didn’t just renovate my basement—they gave me a space I fall more in love with every single day. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and as I’ve already told Chris, I’ll be telling people to request him specifically—because I know he will make their dream come true just as he did mine. I am over the moon with the help and knowledge I received from Mr. Eric Greenberg today (5/18/2026). I was so over whelmed with how I would fix my cellar and so unsure of what I would need to do first, but he walked me step by step through and entire process of what I could do do execute my vision. He never pressured as far as the financial part. Told me all my options, and then went even further to break it all down for me into manageable steps that I could pay for my project in smaller portions of the complete job. Mr. Eric took his time explaining everything to me and why certain things were necessary. I see how skipping steps and overlooking certain things could result in doing a job that will only last for a short time and will cost you more money the end. I loved that he listened to my vision and gave me all the specific services to my needs to accomplish what I want. Nothing over the top or extra!!!I am very pleased. He was Kind, Polite, Understanding, a Good Listener, Well Spoken, and extremely knowledgeable on all the things that are available as a service to me. He also could tell me things about my basement that I had no clue was a problem because I know nothing about basements. and when I do the research, he’s right on the money. I am glad it was him that I got as a representative. Thank God! I will add to my review with photos after all the work is completed.
