We recently had a Bilco basement door installed. Everyone from Healthy Basement Systems were very easy to work with. From Cathy who answers her phone almost immediately and is very cordial and helpful. That first person you speak to is very important to me when choosing businesses to work with and Cathy is excellent. Eric who came over to let us know how the process will work. He was extremely knowledgeable and let us know exactly what we would need to complete the job. Chris and Wilmer who were the installers on a very hot day were two of the hardest workers we have ever used. We did have one issue installing the door but Chris was able to think outside the box and solve the issue to my satisfaction . If I had more work done from Healthy Basement Systems I would only take the job if Chris and Wilmer could do the job. Thank you again. From an ugly eyesore that was horrible to open because of the weight of the door to now a very nice addition to the decor of my property. Not to mention the ease with which the door opens and closes. Very pleased with the results.

I had Healthy Basement Systems encapsulate my crawlspace and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Foreman Mike Morales was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had throughout the process. His crew, Juan and Will, worked efficiently and did an excellent job from start to finish. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and they left the space spotless when they were done. I highly recommend Mike and the whole Healthy Basement Systems team — top-notch experience all around!

I contacted Health Basement Systems to address flooding in my basement via both a door and window well. Joseph was very helpful in explaining my options to me, and Michael and his team did a great job getting the whole project done in just one day. I feel confident that my basement will be much safer now that their work is done, and I would recommend them to others looking to keep water out of their basements.

We had an excellent experience with Healthy Basement Systems. They went above and beyond to accommodate our tight renovation schedule and several last-minute changes. Eric, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. He even helped us late into the evening find another contractor for tile work that needed to be completed before their crew could start. Michael and his crew were professional, hardworking, and respectful of our home. They even worked on a Saturday to help keep our project on schedule. Great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Healthy Basement Systems without hesitation.

For many years we struggled with humidity in my finished basement. Even running and emptying a dehumidifier daily didn’t solve the issue. We eventually ended up with mold in my crawl space. We received several estimates to seal the crawl space and install a dehumidifier. Though the estimates were similar. The explanations of those estimates were not. Healthy Basement Systems explained everything and answered every question we had . Talking to them gave us the peace of mind we needed to solve the mold and humidity issue. Their installers ( Jorge and Fernando) did a phenomenal job . They completely cleaned out the crawlspace, removed all the mold with a sand blaster and installed a water tight membrane that leaves my crawlspace looking brand new. They also installed a large dehumidifier that automatically drains outside my house to ensure humidity will no longer be an issue. They left my basement cleaner than they found it. 10/10 my wife and I are extremely happy with how the job turned out . I would highly recommend them .
