"Overall the work was good. My only two complaints are they didn't originally follow the plans and just rebuilt the gutters exactly as we have them. Once I showed them that the plan was different they corrected the problem. The second issue is there was nothing connected to the downspouts to move water away from the house. The drains go straight to the ground and stop. We were told there would be 6ft attached to each drain for water to move away from the house."

"My mother and father lived in their home for 40 years or so. Development in their general area caused an increase of ground water runoff, some of which ended up in my parents' basement. It got to the point where we were concerned that it was affecting Mom's health. Dad had passed and he had been the point person on this problem. It poured rain this week, and mymother called to say how grateful she is to have a dry basement. "The end product was good eventually and we have used them before (to put down flooring for a different room) but we had such a hard time getting them to complete the job to my satisfaction (which meant “not crooked” with a nice looking transition piece from flooring to carpet, which turns out they don’t have as an option). This took about 2.5 months to finally get finished."

"My experience with them is usually positive. I have to wait a while to make an appointment if I’m getting an air conditioner service or a heater service. If I have an emergency, I can get them to come out. If I need service I sometimes have to wait weeks. I just get heating and air conditioning. I’d rate them a B. I have, upon occasion, have had a bad experience. That’s not the norm, but I have had a bad experience. They've probably been to my house over the past 15 years, many times—just servicing, winterizing, or that type of thing. They put in a new air conditioning system. Punctuality depends on whether it’s an emergency job being fit in. It probably happened at least once where they had to change it to another day because they had an emergency."

"They put the chemical in to lift up my concrete patio. Overall, my experience was good. They were slightly expensive, but they did the job well. It was just the concrete leveling. I saw water going toward the foundation and I thought that wasn't a good idea. So, I wanted to fix that early. I think it was good. It was an A. The only issue was the technician who came to do the job, he had trouble with his equipment so it took almost twice as long as what we had initially anticipated of how long it was going to take. It was obviously his headache. He fixed the equipment. Something was wrong with the nozzles that were pumping the chemicals inside the hole, but overall that was not an inconvenience for us. They were slightly pricier than others. I wanted to it done so quickly that I didn't shop around. There aren't very many companies that actually do that kind of work. They did the job nicely. It was nicely done. The only thing is they were slightly expensive."

Our backyard is just a giant concrete slab and the previous homeowners neglected to tell us that there was a gaping hole beneath it that they had just patched up. So, they built it from the inside somehow so that it didn't ruin the rest of it and then did a cover so that it looked all even. I would give them an A overall. They came two hours late."

"It was basically a grout sealing for a tile job. We had just moved into a new construction home and the tile and the grout had not been sealed. So basically, what we had them do was apply the grout seal on all the grout in the tile. Quality of work, I would say it's an A. They were on time, no problem. I'm not going to give a ten because they were a little bit expensive so I'm going to say a seven."

"They did a good job. They basically did what they said they would do, and we haven't had any problems since then. They seemed thorough and professional and it solved the problem. It wasn't cheap, but it was complicated to do. I don't think it could have been a lot cheaper. They did basement repair work. So basically, they had to come in and put in a French drain in an existing space that had already been converted and conditioned. It was fitted out for use. They had to come in and cut open the walls and fix a bunch of water problems that we were having. They had to excavate all around the perimeter and put in French drains— sloped French drains leading to a sump. To do that they had to cut open the bottom part of existing sheetrock walls and cut those off and put them back. I would recommend them. They did a great job. I would give them an A. They really didn't do anything I wasn't happy with. I wouldn't give them an A+ because there were a couple of minor things that I would've done differently and obviously I'm not factoring in costs. They're people who have to make a living. It would have been nice if it were cheaper, but I don't think they were expensive."
