First i’d like to thank Eddie for jumping on this and getting everything coordinated as quickly as he did. The crew that came out to pressurize the jacks did an outstanding job breaking up and gaining access to the jacks under the foundation and communicating with me step-by-step as they went through the process. Their cleanup was exceptional. Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. The poly crew is outstanding kudos to Chad and his teammate. I was very skeptical that this was going to resolve the sagging issue in the concrete slab on my front porch. But as of concluding with their process, everything appears to be back to normal. Again, outstanding communication, explaining step-by-step. Both members of the poly Crüe were very courteous, did an exceptional job cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend LRE to future customers. Thank you for a job. Well done.

Unfortunately I thought I would be writing a super satisfied review, since they have been in the community a long time. However my experience was a disappointing one, which could have been avoided, if attention to the large hole in my seawall hadn’t been left incomplete. I called LRE because my seawall was washing out and already had a hole developed in the pavers. They came out and put in the jet filters, anchors, poly, and fill dirt in, but left the hole that I originally called about untouched. I work over the road and was not able to be there during the process so it wasn’t until I received pictures from Richard (which that part he did good job with sending pics) that I could see the hole was still there. I received an email to digitally sign that I was satisfied and the total was just over $21K… After questioning the hole being left untouched by.. NOT only ONE but TWO crews that came out.. They said they would call the crew back out to fix it but wouldn’t be able get to it.. for over another week….. I received pics of the hole filled with dirt and what looked like some poly injected in the corner… I really don’t know if it was repaired correctly or just bandaged, I guess time will tell.. I hope for $21K my seawall lasts a very long time.. By the way the first 3 pictures is the hole “After” they said the job was done!!?? I came home to this! If I had known this was the outcome I would use a different company

I have a driveway that slopes back towards my garage, and I was concerned about having my garage flooded during a hurricane or whenever the amount of rain is coming down faster than it can drain out into my yard. I met with Phil Dawson, who listened to my concerns and provided recommendations based off of what we needed (and not what I thought I needed). I really appreciated how Phil explained that french drains would not adequately solve the problem that I had, and the solutions that he provided made much better sense. After putting down a deposit, I was in que to start the project which was 2 months out. I think the longer wait time was the only negative, but I can see why these guys are busy! Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. I received confirmations, reminders, etc before, during, and after the project. Whenever I had a question, I received a timely response. The project took 2 days to complete, and Rick Preslicka was great in managing expectations, keeping the worksite safe, and cleaning up at the end. He did a walk through with me making sure everything was done as expected, and he also took the time to explain their warranty and how to maintain our new drains. Overall, I am thrilled to have used LRE for my drains, and I now have peace of mind knowing that the my garage won't get flooded during a FL hurricane (or at least be less likely than before). I highly recommend LRE to anyone who has concerns about drainage or standing water in their yard. Their work is outstanding, and they are easy to work with. One tip is to ensure that you have quotes from other companies completed prior to meeting with LRE as they did offer us a discount for moving forward with them only on the same day that they provide the quote. If you are still waiting for other quotes, you may potentially lose some savings by waiting until later just to realize that you want to move forward with LRE afterall.

i am changing my review to 5stars. Eric the production manager is superior. He corrected the drains on site. Thank you Eric Lre originally put stainless steel drains and an employee sprayed most entire drains with muriatic. Acid. Then drains were pulled up and pvc put in. I asked the employee that this is fixed at garage and he said he would let someone. No one has contacted me and entire front. Reds card wher it’s cracked now. I have hit my toe in that area many times and I have 5 grandkids. This needs leveled., culled and painted with deco shield I guess I should be satisfied that they did that for free after $11,000. It looks terrible and the employee told me he was gonna send somebody the pictures and no one has contacted me.

My experience with LRE has been superb from start to finish. When we first met in early January, they explained that the work likely wouldn’t begin until March due to permit requirements, which I completely understood. However, they were able to move my project up nearly a month earlier, and the work has already been completed. The team repaired my foundation by installing three piers and using polyurethane foam to fill existing cracks. They were also able to successfully lift my foundation approximately two inches, which made a significant difference. The workers were professional, respectful, and took the time to walk me through everything they completed, ensuring I understood the process and results. I understand that I now need to wait approximately four months for everything to properly settle before moving forward with completing my new pool deck and resurfacing my pool. Although the wait requires patience, I am very excited for the next phase and cannot wait to see the final transformation. So far, I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism shown throughout the entire experience. Overall, I would rate my experience with LRE an A+.
