Joey, Will, and Dan did a phenomenal job setting up the encapsulation for our crawl space. They were very professional and communicative. We've had work done from other contractors and companies for other home projects, and we've had random issues with every one of them with exception to Alpha Foundation. They cleaned up after themselves and left no debris or trash. I highly recommend them for any crawl space needs.

From our initial contact through diagnosing the issue with our 1938 home’s crawl space, what the right fix would entail, pricing discussions, permitting, and ultimately completing the repairs, Alpha Foundations was outstanding every step of the way. DJ was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. His foreman, Joseph and crew Trey & Dan were skilled, efficient, and consistently respectful of our home and property. The final third-party inspection report confirmed that the work performed was exactly what had been discussed and promised. It’s reassuring to work with a company that delivers precisely what they commit to. We would absolutely contract with Alpha again should the need arise. Highly recommend.

Dylan Peebles was very knowledgeable and detail oriented in his initial estimate. He came up with a good plan to address the problems I've been experiencing with my crawl space foundation. Kyle, Jeff, and Joey were fantastic in executing the foundation repair plan. I'm thrilled to have worked with such a skilled and competent team under Kyle's leadership.

Alpha Foundations was great. Ked, the salesman was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. They kept us informed as to when they would come. Josh and William were on time. Professional knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. It was a fantastic fix for our driveway and we would certainly recommend them..

We had a very thorough home inspection by James for some settling around my seawall and cracks in the concrete below our home. The crew sent out to complete the work, Tory and William, Were professional and very respecting of our property. They worked until well after dark to complete the job and we were very satisfied with the results. We opted not to have the cracks filled as we will have the floor refinished in the future.
