Foundation Repair: I’m well pleased with the work that was performed on my foundation. I asked and everything was explained in detail. They replaced concrete where they had to drill. All the dirt was replaced and my yard was cleaned up. I would personally like to thank the crew: Carlos, Candelario, Edgar, Cesar and Sedorean. These guys were very courteous, professional in every way. Thanks guys. Appreciate you. Sorry, only took photos when they started. My yard looks like good.

Olshan Foundation Repair did an incredible job on our foundation, and the crew assigned to our project was absolutely outstanding. Supervisor Joe Garcia runs a top-tier team—he was professional, kept us informed at every step, and made sure the entire process ran seamlessly. The crew of Howard Sheridan, Kyle Mendoza, Gabriel Garcia, and Patrick Harris worked incredibly hard from start to finish. I want to give a special call-out to Gabriel, who worked incredibly fast and efficient, but still took the time to carefully dig up and replant my oleander so it wouldn't be destroyed during the excavation. The entire team was polite, respectful of our property, and left the yard remarkably clean. It’s rare to find this level of care and dedicated craftsmanship. Highly recommend Olshan, especially Joe and this phenomenal crew!

Absolutely blown away by Olshan Foundation and their team! I am a Realtor/Property Manager of 18 years and have worked with a lot of foundation professionals. If you're looking for a foundation company the delivers, this is your team! We had a major job with a 9"+ lift on one side of the property and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of impressive. Huge shout out to Les, Jose B, Gerald, and Andrew who lead this project like absolute pros. These guys definitely set the bar high and it shows in their quality of work. Professionalism, Communication (top notch), Timeliness, job site cleanliness and execution over all was incredible. You can tell this team works together seamlessly and genuinely care about doing the job RIGHT and that is hard to find. I highly recommend Olshan and their team. There is a reason they have been in business for almost 100 years! Great job guys!

Great service! Had a great experience with Olshan from their Structural Tech Clint to the technician doing the work, Patrick. They performed a Polylift on my driveway here in Cibolo and got everything leveled with the exception of one area that could not be lifted due to some kind of interlock with the concrete. Overall it was a great experience, very nice people, they cleaned up after themselves at the job site and finished in under 3 hours.

Olshan installed a drip irrigation system around my house which involved digging up dirt and breaking up concrete to do the install and then laying down new concrete. The work crew led by Jose and Andrew was very friendly and kept me well informed throughout the process and honestly the overall quality of work exceeded my expectations.
