Groundworks first crew, Mike, John and Johnny Were hard-working, efficient, polite and kind, thorough and great communicators. I feel so blessed to have met them and that they were the crew to dig 21 receptacles for the peers around my house in flagstaff. It was definitely not an easy job. The rain, cold and mud were formidable and that crew held up and did wonderfully for our family. I cannot be more grateful for this amazing crew. Thank you to groundworks foundation.

Anthony & JT came out to do what I assumed was a pretty easy lift of two slabs in front of the garage and my sidewalk. The job was anything but easy but the two of them worked it out, used all the tools in the toolbox and battled through every challenge the best they could. I really appreciated their effort and communication throughout the entire process.

We had a faulty construction water leak that affected our concrete driveway a few weeks ago. After the water leak under our driveway was repaired, we had the people at Groundworks Phoenix come out and do a free inspection of the concrete to determine how much damage had been done. We first met Donovan Urbano who called on his way to the appointment and arrived promptly as promised. He, along with our plumber did a complete and thorough assessment of the damaged area and gave us a quote on fixing the issues. Donovan was polite and professional and we started the process of getting the job started. Today, we met Anthony C. The team leader for our repair crew. He called the night before and told us what time to expect them this morning and then called again when they were on their way. They arrived precisely on-time, did their assessment of the job and got right to work. His crew, JT T. and Kyle S. were hard working and competent and finished the job within the timeline Anthony promised. They left the job site in immaculate condition and our driveway looks beautiful. Anthony went through all of the work that was done and I’m certain that our driveway was safe and secure. Groundworks Phoenix is an extraordinary employee owned company with an excellent national reputation and very high standards. I highly recommend Groundworks Phoenix for anyone with water damaged concrete. We hope that we never need their services again, but we would not call anyone else if we do.

I just had Donovan Urbano come out to my manufactured home and do an inspection to what I thought was a problem and boy was I impressed. He could’ve razzmatazz me with fancy words and overcomplicated descriptions of what was happening. But that wasn’t the case at all. He carefully went underneath my home, used his high-tech equipment to determine if it was level or not, and gave me a report and photos. He did not try to upsell me and didn’t even charge me for the initial inspection. This gentleman and his company is truly unique in the service industry today. They came out when promised, delivered what they said they would deliver, and were more than honest and forthright. Pretty darn cool.
