⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience with Olshan! From start to finish, our experience with Olshan was absolutely exceptional. Everyone—from John Romero, our structural technician, to Jesus Lopez, the production manager, and the entire work crew (Dennison, Dindo, Martin, Martinez, and Evit)—provided outstanding service. Each gentleman was professional, informative, detailed, and genuinely friendly. We were amazed by the results. Walls that had previously separated were brought back together seamlessly, and a floor that once had a noticeable slope is now perfectly level. Their expertise and precision truly exceeded our expectations. We sincerely hope we never have to deal with foundation issues again, but if we did, we would not hesitate to choose Olshan a second time. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with their work. Thank you, Olshan!

Pearland, Texas To the salesman, crew leads and crew thank you for completing our foundation repair for our home. Task was completed safely and even with minor setback Fernando , Edwin and crew took care and In a timely manner. Was told job was going to be be three days they had it done in two. Job was pretty big leveled most of my two story home. In addition, after job was complete they made it look like they were never here. Hada root barrier to protect hime and digging the lifetime warranty. Don't think this home will never have foundation issues again. Thanks.

We were very pleased with our experience from our sales guy Ryan to our install crew, Angel, Santo, Lima, Rolando, Miguel & Daniel. Everyone we have had contact with has been very professional and helped us understand exactly how the process works. One of the companies we had out had readings in one room that were so different from Olshan, Ryan came back out to ensure he had not missed something. We got several quotes and at the end of the day, longevity is one of the main reasons we made the decision to go with Olshan. A lifetime warranty is only good for the life of the company that offers it. We feel confident if we have any issues in the future, we can pick up the phone and call and Olshan will be there to help!

I am very impressed with the service that we received from Olshan. We had foundation repair done where there was a clear spread in our bricks and the gap was closed once the work was completed. Billa and his crew were awesome! Billa was very personable and explained everything to us on a level that we could understand. He was very knowledgeable. The workers, Miguel, Andrew, Aclmer, Gabriel, Santiago, and Yaresi were all very diligent and hard working. I appreciated this as there was no time waisted to get the job completed. They were very attentive to detail. They arrived promptly each day. When the job was completed they cleaned up everything and put it back just the way it was before. I would definitely recommend Olshan for foundation repair service, very thorough and professional. I was very pleased with the outcome! We live in Pearland, Tx area.

We noticed some cracks in floor tiles and sheetrock in some rooms in our home as well as a couple of doors that were either ghosting or sticking. We knew Olshan was a reputable company, and they offered a lifetime warranty. Their representative Aaron came out to the house and took measurements. Their engineers planned adjustments to correct our readings and now the rest is history. They were here three long days, and the crew headed by Melanie worked very hard moving a lot of dirt. Yuris V., one of the Production Managers stopped by to check on progress. Thomas C., another production manager was indoors monitoring the "lifting part of the process" and made sure we were satisfied while staying within the margins. Such an interesting process. We watched as sheetrock cracks came together. After the lift, the hard-working young, strong men put our landscaping back to the before status and cleaned up the debris in the yard. They were all very professional and worked long hard days. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. I highly recommend Olshan Foundation!
