I just wanted to say if you were considering getting concrete work or foundation work done at your home, you need to go with Thrasher!! The work of our Colorado estimator, Ted Noe, Project Manager Angelo De Souza, And Lead Technician Andrii Dubey was incredibly thorough, effective, and beautiful when done !!! The project included settling cracks in both our front and back porches and multiple steps with sophisticated analysis of root causes and required filling and leveling. We also needed driveway leveling and multiple crack repairs, and even a single and double downspout and french drains!! l also got a competitive bid … and there was absolutely no comparison to the thoroughness and well thought-out project from your team. The competitor came in at about 75% of Thrasher’s bid… but it was very clear that all they wanted to do was to come in with their truck and hose and lift a few slabs. The competitor even was telling me all the caulking and sealing products and tools that I should go out a buy to try to deal myself with all the cracks, seams, and cosmetics once they came and slammed in some lift foam. I would have been working all summer to try to complete the job! And it never would have approached the quality of their Thrasher materials (especially the Nexus Pro Sealant and their totally unique sand finishing – which is head-and-shoulders above any of the driveway repair I have seen in my entire neighborhood – and I walk my dog a lot!!! see the pics) It all made me even more glad that I had chosen the slightly more expensive and targeted bid from your Thrasher team than what I am quite certain would have been a personal agony to complete on my own and I would never have come even close to the look and soundness of the beautiful job the team did. Trasher did a great job on my foundation, concrete and downspouts. Joseph lead the crew in the basement and was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. Zach and his team outside were also very helpful and professional on our concrete and downspouts. He fixed part of my driveway that wasn’t included in the original quote for free and move all of the dirt they dug up to different parts of the yard that needed it. Both crews cleaned up and left it better than before, Joseph’s crew even came back for half a day to clean and makes sure everything was perfect. I hope I never need them again but will absolutely be calling thrasher if I do.

It was my first experience with Thrasher…. An excellent recommendation! First interaction was a home visit with Aaron who professionally as well as very knowledgeable presented and explained the entire project that was needed. They have a patented technology that was used on my project and a 25 year warranty! Edger and his team arrived promptly for the 4 day scheduled work. Edger continued the professional and knowledgeable approach and explained daily what they were doing and always made sure to address and questions or concerns I had. They finished in 3 days…. Those guys did an amazing job! This was a very intensive labor job! Aaron, Edger and his team are an asset in representing the Thrasher company! Would recommend Thrasher without any hesitation! Would highly recommend, and their pricing was better than Groundworks and Liftech. Diego at Thrasher Foundation Repair sent out Ahmad and his crew which were absolutely amazing. They lifted and angled my 1000 sqft driveway away from my house to protect the foundation from drainage, replaced a large slab of concrete and even leveled my jacuzzi pad and back patio. They worked quickly, and communicated well, and the caulking they put in was top notch. Thanks guys!
