We are super grateful about the job that was done! The professionalism that every member in the team had and the way all of them have treated us and how fast the work was done. Martin, Luis and his crew Jose, Arturo, Ruben, Kevin, Nelson, Manuel, Wilmer, Miguel, Roberto, Diego and Martin V were incredibly attentive on answering all of our questions and have left us satisfied in everything that was on done on their end. I chose Olshan because of their warranty and hybrid pier system for my foundation repair in wylie texas (very expansive soil). My rep. Glen May was most helpful in explaining the process and options. The crew of John Hernandez, Diogeto, Cristian, Misael, Eduardo, Nahon, Bernabe, Alfredo and Donny were excellent too. They knocked out a very big job (40 piers) in 4 days, even with the rain and having to work around a previous foundation work (failed) They stayed on schedule and cleaned up their work after. Very happy w Olshan and would highly recommend

We needed our foundation raised around our garage and patio as we could no longer open our patio door and our electric garage door was acting wonky. We have had the rest of our home done in the past and have dealt with foundation issues since the Home Warranty that covered it ran out after 10 years. We blame our need for foundation work not just on our Texas black clay soil, but also on our builder's poor land prep as we are on a hill. Olshan finished on time and the 7 man crew (Roberto, Rafael, Wilson, Rojelio, Chon, Everado and Rojelio V) led by Adrian did a great job. In addition to performing their work well, as you can see by my pics, foundation work is quite invasive to your property but this fine crew was diligent in their clean up, leaving the areas free of any mess. Finally, if you need your foundation repaired, I highly recommend starting with a reputable company like Olshan as we did not ... so the life time guarantee we thought we had, we did not. We feel confident we do now ... sometimes saving a little money now will just cost you later. We have learned that foundation work requires future adjustments and you want the company you use to still be in business! Go with Olshan.

This crew was prompt, efficient, professional, & polite. Luis reassessed the pier placements & explained reasons for changes, which we also approved. His crew got to work immediately & obviously knew what to do. I have an elderly blind father living w/me & they were all very considerate of him, which I greatly appreciated. My wandering, old dog stepped in some wet cement at one point & Kevin helped clean her feet while his associate fixed the cement. The job took 28 piers & they finished in 2 days. We walked the entire property to see all the pier spots for approval & our questions were answered. Besides Luis & Kevin, the entire crew included Jose, Arturo, Nelson, Edwin, David, Ruben, Marcos, Clemente, Yayson, Amancio, Daniel, Oscar L., Juan B. Thank you Olshan!

We used Olshan recently to raise our foundation, and were very pleased with their services. Oscar and his team, consisting of Juan, Marcas, Clemente, Amancio, Ruben, and Nelson, were professional and very proficient. They were very respectful of our property and put everything back the way it was originally. Oscar made sure that we were comfortable with things each step of the way. We are very happy to recommend them with 5 stars.
