This summer I had JES come out for total driveway repair. They were going to replace the parts that could not be lifted and repair the rest. I specifically told them I am looking to sell so it needs to look seamless. The concrete was a completely different color than my existing and is an eyesore. I regret having them do anything! As far as the concrete repair goes, they did not finish. There are several cracks that were not repaired. The guys they hired were in a rush and told my neighbor they need to go to Philly for a job! From the beginning I specifically stated it not an urgent rush, that I want it done correctly. They left before I could say anything. One section could not be lifted. I emailed pictures and didn't hear from them for a couple months. Someone recently came out and agreed that it was not done properly. He told me he would call me that day and I haven't heard from them since. I have never written a bad review, but I wish I would have never called them. I still have not heard what they plan on doing to rectify the situation. It was a lot of money, and it is not finished nor done correctly. I have given them plenty of time to fix the situation as I understand mistakes happen.

Daquan Alford was fantastic. My steps were an eyesore and dangerous in the fall months. I live in Constant Friendship and a bunch of the walkways are messed up but not mine anymore!! Couldn’t be happier. It’s been over 6 month and nothing has moved!

The jokes were free! Cooper was absolutely amazing and thorough! I appreciate his time and dedication to making sure i understood my problems and what i can do to be fixed! He made sure everything he explained was clear and understood. I learned a lot from him just by viewing the videos of how foundation, leaks etc work! All this was for free! I’m so glad that they offer Free estimates and it goes to show they are A+ and standing firm on business! Cooper took his time and was here for over 2 hours! That goes to show he’s dedicated to his work and progressing towards his comedy levels.. thanks again Cooper! Hopefully we will talk soon and get things done! Highly recommended

We had another great experience with JES Foundation Repair. This was the third time we’ve used them and we were once again incredibly happy with the end result. Diego, Henry, and Adrian installed 3 foundation piers and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, hardworking, respectful of our property, and took the time to explain everything along the way. The crew worked efficiently and made sure the job was done right. Every crew we’ve had has been excellent. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone needing foundation work done.

Chris Phillips came to annual maintenance appointment for a dehumidifier and found 60+ gallons of water in the crawlspace. He was professional, personable and resolved the issue quickly. What seemed like a disaster in the moment was pretty much resolved in a few hours. Great job!
